Name: Gymnastic exercises as prevention of injuries in young soccer players Objectives: The main goal of this work is to elaborate a proposal of the structure of gymnastic movement program based on compensatory exercises and motor-functional preparation, which could be used in the prevention of injuries in football players of pupil categories. Methods: The work is made as a design and demonstration based on literary sources and own experience from practice. The documented overview and reasoned proposal of compensatory and gymnastic exercises for football players has its intention to result in wider practice. Results: Examples of compensatory exercises and gymnastic exercises used in motor- functional preparation. Individual exercises are described in terms of their names, so that they are easy to apply in the training processes. Their importance in compensation of load and prevention against injuries and muscle imbalances is supported by citations of literary sources. Speed and quality of muscle contraction in acrobatic rock and roll dancers
Palivcová, Nikola ; Kolbová, Kateřina (advisor) ; Černá, Jana (referee)
Title: Speed and Quality of Muscle Contraction of Acrobatic Rock and Roll Dancers Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to diagnose the speed and quality of the muscular contraction of the lower limbs in acrobatic Rock and Roll dancers based on measurements on the tensiomyofraph. A partial goal is to describe the method and course of measurement, including the interpretation of results and subsequent training recommendations. The research question is: "How does acrobatic Rock and Roll affect the development of muscle imbalance in the lower limbs in dancers couples?" Methods: The method of qualitative research is used for the work using a case study on five probands. Measurement on the TMG 100 has the task of detecting muscle imbalance caused by training load. Results: Based on the measurements results of the individual report generated by the TMG 100, the results are interpreted and the research question is answered: "Acrobatic Rock and Roll causes muscular imbalances in the lower limbs caused by unilateral strain on couple dancers with difference in the gender of the individuals." Keywords: acrobatic Rock and Roll, muscular imbalance, muscle, tensiomyography, TMG
Health oriented and corrective exercises for persons with sedentary occupation
Šamánková, Tereza ; Pokorný, Ladislav (advisor) ; Kolbová, Kateřina (referee)
Main topics of this bachelor thesis are health-oriented and compensatory exercises for people with sedentary jobs. The theoretical part describes common health problems associated with sedentary life style and defines terms, important to understanding given issues. Next part describes good posture in various positions focusing on sitting posture and techniques for improving it. Finally recommended physical activities and compensatory exercises are introduced as an effective way to prevent health problems. The practical part compares two test groups from two different IT companies, whose employees spent most of the work hours during the day sitting. I personally participate in trainings with one of the groups, the second group serves for comparison. With the help of on-line questionnaire and standardized tests health condition, physical regime and interest in compensatory exercises of the subjects is mapped. The data gathered are compared and evaluated in the final part along with thesis goals and hypotheses. KEYWORDS Sedentary jobs, hypokinesia, posture, health-oriented and compensatory exercises
Using TMG to diagnose muscle imbalances in Jumping
Burgetová, Dominika ; Šteffl, Michal (advisor) ; Kolbová, Kateřina (referee)
Title: Using TMG to diagnose muscle imbalances in Jumping Objectives: The aim of this work was to define a hypothesis about the relation of training load in jumping and muscle imbalances in selected muscle groups using the tensiomyograph TMG and bioimpedance InBody 720. Methods: The bachelor thesis has the character of qualitative research. In particular, five case studies have been carried out, emphasizing the detection of characteristic muscle imbalances that could arise from the training load in Jumping. The tensiomicrograph TMG 100 and bioimpedance InBody 720 were used to measure muscle imbalances. Results: Based on the measurement of five participants, muscle imbalances were found primarily in the gastrocnemicus lateralis, semitendinosus and tibialis anterior. In functional symmetry the most frequently imbalances were found in the ankle muscle groups where tibialis anterior was compared against gastrocnemicus lateralis and gastrocnemicus medialis, and subsequently the imbalances in the legs where gastrocnemicus lateralis and medialis were compared against vastus lateralis and medialis. We also found functional imbalances in the knee where the biceps femoris muscle acted against vastus lateralis, vastus medialis and rectus femoris. Keywords: tensiomyograph, muscle asymmetry, trampolines,...

Schreková, Barbora ; Kolbová, Kateřina (advisor) ; Novotná, Viléma (referee)
Title: Impact of rules in category ladies formation on choreography in acrobatic rock'n'roll Obejctive: The aim of this work is to compare content changes of final choreographies in acrobatic rock'n'roll in category ladies formation from World Championships held in 2016 and 2017. Furthermore it analyses whole situation in terms of next development and evaluation in the world. Method: Research was accomplished by surveying and content analyse. Research was made with the aid of videos of ladies formations in acrobatic rock'n'roll from World Championships held in 2016 and 2017. Results: Based on read literature and received information from videos I decided that new rules from 2017 had not had main influence on choreographies on World Championship in ladies formations in the same year. Title: The use of gymnastics in preparation (training) of young footballers Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to draw up a proposal of structure of the gymnastic motion programme for sports preparation of young footballers on the base of profiled intersection of gymnastics and football. The next objective is the mapping of a training plan of football youth in practice and obtaining football coaches attitudes to the inclusion of gymnastics to the training of their players. Methods: In the thesis it is used a method of questionnaire to get expression of opinions of coaches of young football players to this topic. Data collected from the questionnaire survey was processed by standard statistical methods in the programme Microsoft Excel. The theoretical part is processed by a form of literary research of available sources concerning the thesis topic. This part is finished by the profiled intersection of gymnastics and football. A proposal of motion programme is created according to this intersection. Results: It was found out that there is a big interest from the side of football coaches of youth to include gymnastic grounding to the trainings of their players. It is obvious from the survey that ¾ of coaches already include some gymnastic exercises regularly. A proposal of structure of...

Using a tensimyograph to measure girls in sport aerobics
Knobová, Kateřina ; Kolbová, Kateřina (advisor) ; Šteffl, Michal (referee)
Title: Using a tensimyograph to measure girls in sport aerobics Objectives: The goal of my bachelor thesis is perform a functional muscle diagnosis with a focus on the quadriceps femoral muscle in a team of sport aerobics girls using TMG. Based on a general analysis of the training load, evaluate the effect of the traning on the funcitonal status of the femoral muscle and deduce general training recommendations. Methods: This bachelor thesis is a case study. Research is done qualitatively. mapping a small number of respondents. The actual measurements on the tensiomyograph, the analysis of the results and the recommendations of the measurement were performed on five selected individuals. Results: The task of the thesis is a description of a device called tensiomyograph, about which known documents had to be searched and translated exclusively from abroad. The second task, the output of this work is the results of measuring five respondents from the TMG and the analysis of the two-month competitive season, on the basis of which a recommendation was made leading to the elimination of the imbalances, through strength exercises, resp.stretching exercises. Keywords: Sports aerobics, training load, motion apparatus, tensiomyograph, muscle
