Název: Využití prostředků základní gymnastiky v tréninku fotbalistů Cíl: Cíl bakalářské práce je vyhodnotit hospitační záznamy s dotazníkovým šetřením, a sledovat výskyt obsahu základní gymnastiky v kategorii starší přípravka U9. Dílčím cílem je vytvořit soubor tělesných cvičení a vyvodit obecná doporučení pro trenérskou praxi. Metody: Teoretická část je zpracována formou literární rešerše zabývající se tématem práce. Hlavní metodou této práce je pozorování, pomocí které bylo zjištěno využití gymnastických prostředků v tréninkových jednotkách. Další metodou je obsahová analýza literárních zdrojů a hospitačních záznamů, která byla doplněna písemným dotazováním. Získaná data z dotazníku jsou zpracovány standardními statistickými metodami v programu Microsoft Excel. Výsledky: Výsledky obsahují data získaná pomocí dotazníkového šetření a analýzou hospitačních záznamů. Dalším výsledkem je návrh souboru tělesných cvičení z oblasti základní gymnastiky využitelný v tréninku fotbalistů nacházejících se v přípravném i soutěžním období kategorie U9. Klíčová slova: fotbal, základní gymnastika, mládež, sportovní trénink, sportovní příprava Title: Using the means of basic gymnastics skills in the soccer player's training Objectives: The aim of bachelor thesis is evaluate the observation records with questionnaire survey and watch the occurrence of basic gymnastics skills in category older preparation U9. Another important aim is suggest a set of physical exercises and summarize general recommendations for coaching practice. Methods: The theoretic past is elaborated by the form of literary research dealing with theme of bachelor thesis. The main method of this thesis is observation the use of gymnastics in training units. Content analysis was used in observation records. Another method is questionnaire survey. Obtained data from the questionnaire are processed by standard statistical methods in Microsoft Excel. Results: The result is containing data obtained by questionnaire survey and analysis of observation records. Another result is suggest set of physical exercises usable in training of football players in the competition period category U9.
