Design of spindle of machine tool
Zapletal, Jan ; Holub, Michal (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with design of spindle for small three axis milling machine. The first part of this thesis includes research in milling spindles and overview of several spindles from different manufacturers. The second part deals with calculation of necessary parameters, design of spindle and subsequent simulation verification. This thesis also includes a 3D model of spindle, assembly drawing and four manufacturing drawings.
EEG Biofeedback Application
Zapletal, Jakub ; Drahanský, Martin (referee) ; Tinka, Jan (advisor)
Optimization of Manufacturing and Assembling Technology of the Valve Bolt
Hrouzková, Andrea ; Zapletal, Josef (referee) ; Doležal, Pavel (advisor)
The thesis aimed to study the impact of manufacturing and assembly technology, the valve bolt fitted to diesel high pressure pump CP3 in the Bosch, which has been found to leak. As experimental material was chosen heat treated bolts M16x1,5 made of material 12 050th. Groups of samples were produced in two ranges hardness. Experimental determination of the optimum range of hardness was assessed on the basis of the results of the process of the screw and set the value of plastic deformation of the sealing surfaces of the parts. Experimental section also deals with the analysis of bearing surfaces on the pump and the components, after the screw process. To some extent, is observed as surface treatment
Evaluation of the Financial Situation of a Company and Proposals for its Improvement
Zapletal, Jakub ; Čuperová, Lenka (referee) ; Poláček, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor`s thesis is focused on financial evaluation of the Zeppelin CZ s.r.o. company between years 2013 and 2017. The first part of my bachelor`s thesis is focused on goals and methodology of this bachelor`s thesis. In theoretical part I am targeting on selected indicators and sources of financial evaluation, which are neccesary for practical part of this bachelor`s thesis. In the practical part there will be selected calculations of indicators itself and preview of the company. On behalf of information from practical part, Iam suggesting corrective actions leading to better financial situation of the company for the upcoming years.
Extremely low cycle fatigue life of magnesium alloy
Novák, Marek ; Věchet, Stanislav (referee) ; Zapletal, Josef (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor´s thesis is to predict the fatigue life of magnesium alloy AZ61 in the very low cycle count range (less than 100), which also called extremely low fatigue (ELCF) range. Life prediction predicted by Manson-Coffin´s law is higher than the experimental values show. The main problem is that the slope of the real life curve in the ELCF range is different than the slope of the predicted one. A new regression function with additional material parameters has to be found to match the experimentally measured values. The thesis deals with the literature search of the ELCF range and models of fatigue life prediction in the said range. Furthermore, in the experimental part of the thesis, magnesium alloy AZ61 without any heat treatment has been measured for mechanical and fatigue properties. Also, the microstructure of the alloy was observed. Measured values of fatigue life in the ELCF and LCF range were fitted by a regression function proposed by L. Xue.
Low cycle fatigue behaviour of cast magnesium alloy AZ61.
Kaňová, Monika ; Gejdoš, Pavel (referee) ; Zapletal, Josef (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis ai dealing with the finding of cyclic plasticity and the low cycle - fatigue behavior of magnesium alloy AZ61. Alloy was cast via squeeze casting method. In addition to fatigue properties was observed microstructure of the alloy and was measured the basic mechanical properties of the alloy.
Container gantry crane
Zapletal, Josef ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is the design of the main functional parameters, main frame structure and hoisting device of a wheel-mounted gantry crane used for handling and stacking containers within the container terminal. Part of this thesis is therefore the design of main parts of frame structure, including strength proof and weld design, and also calculations of the crane hoisting device and drawings of selected parts of this crane.
Software implementation of selected system modules for symbolic calculations
Zapletal, Jakub ; Věchet, Stanislav (referee) ; Březina, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on the creation of models of the basic elements of the rotational and translational mechanics using electromechanical analogies. Based on the problematics of the complete matrix, transfer functions, which can be tested on models, are derived using various cofactors. In the C Sharp language, the base of models is implemented and a module which generates cofactors of the given system in symbolic form is created.
Creation of E-shop System
Zapletal, Jakub ; Lisoněk, David (referee) ; Kříž, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis is dedicated to the creation of e-shop for the purposes of commercial distribution. It is discussed exploration of platforms and technologies, which application can be developed. Finally, it is described my own labor and satisfaction with the choice of the solution.
Mechanical and structural characteristics of magnesium alloys reinforced with ceramic fibers
Halmazňa, Jiří ; Moravčík, Igor (referee) ; Zapletal, Josef (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals the study of the mechanical properties of the alloy QE22 reinforced with SiC particles and Saffil fibers. This composite was produced by infiltration particles shape of the preform with molten matrix under high pressure. Test specimens prepared from the composite and the matrix were subjected to a tension strength test and compression test. The test results show pronounced asymmetry behavior in tension and compression of the matrix and composite. Adding the reinforcement into base material leads to significant increase of elastic modul, breaking strength and yield strength while reducing plastic properties. At the end of work was the behavior of the composite compared with the theoretical composite models.
