Mobile Belt Conveyor

The aim of this word is to design belt conveyor to transport tiny aggregate, soil and small rubble and performance 60 t/h, 3.5 meters height difference and the distance between the axis of drums 8 meters. This work also contains a description of the basic parts of the conveyor, functional analysis according to ISO 5048 and the design of the main dimensions of the conveyor and conveyor drive. This thesis consists of the technical reports and drawings.

This thesis is focused on creating a business plan. The whole work consists of two parts. The first part deals with theoretical aspects regarding to business in the Czech Republic. The practical part focuses on the business plan of opening meat stores, rental housing and commercial space in Trest near to Jihlava.

Fire station with gym

The aim of the work is to design Fire station with a gym in Olomouc. Diploma thesis has three parts. First from institute of building structures, second from intitute of building services and last part is devoted to modeling and assessment of details of building. Fire station is divided into three parts. Garage for 3 fire trucks, main part and gym with training tower. The main part contains toilets, showers, locker rooms, storage places, offices and facilities for firefighters and office rooms. Structural elements of the building are from reinforced concrete. Infill walls are made from ceramic bloks. Thermal insulation is from mineral wool and cladding of the wall is made of fibre-cement boards. The slab in the main part is made of cast-in-place concrete. Others slabs in the garage and gym are made of prefabricated elements. On the building are desined three types of roofs. Extensive green roof, flat roof with a stabilization layer of river aggregates and roof made of insulating sandwich panels. In the thesis is design conception of artificial lighting, ventilating, heating, cooling, water managment, photovoltaics and management scheme of energy and ecological systems. The work contains project documentation for building permits, which were made in accordance with applicable legal and technical regulations.

Family business house

The main objective is making the project according to technical standards, laws, technical regulations for building construction. Documents provide for urban, architectural and engineering solutions, design and description of the required information about the construction, plans for implementation. The task of the thesis project documentation solution for building construction on a house with a family establishment. The drawings were executed in AutoCAD. The building is designed homes. The building's basement with two floors. Premises will be used as a specialized bike shop. The building is from the system Porotherm, covered with a shed roof and flat roof.

Pozitive and negative selection of mitochondrial genome

The bachelor thesis engages with problematics of positive and negative selection of mitochondrial genome. Thesis is divided into two parts. First part grapples with theory and explanation of fundamental definitions, in particular understates mitochondrial genome, nucleotide mutation, positive and negative selection and furthermore evolution models. Second part focuses on processing mitochondrial DNA practically and on establishing functions in programming environment R. The emphasis is foremost on gene sequencing alignment and exploring substitutions. Consequently, obtained outcomes are contrasted with PAML and KaKs Calculator programme outcomes.

Detached house with graphics centre in Jihlava

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a multi-storey, multifunctional, duplex house with a graphics centre, located in Jihlava. The house is intended for housing two families of four. The operation of the graphics centre will be provided by the residents. The main entrances to the building are oriented to the north. The house has an irregular floor plan and is covered by two mono-pitched roofs. Residential rooms are oriented to the southwest. The building is constructed of ceramic blocks, where the vertical load-bearing structure consists of Heluz masonry and the horizontal structure consists of prestressed Spiroll ceiling panels. The project was developed through the educational version of the computer program AutoCAD. This thesis was created with an emphasis on correct layout, architectural design, static requirements and the fulfillment of structural safety requirements.
