Influence of lifestyle family to the weight of preschool children

In this thesis, we gather information on the weight of the children and family influences on it. In the research part of my research using a questionnaire in two nursery schools and medical facilities in their place of residence. Its effect is to assess the child's weight in relation to these indicators. The physical activity of families with the financial situation of the family, the education of their parents and compare the weight of boys and girls the same age.

Skiing preschool children

The bachelor thesis deals with skiing of preschool children. Selecting the most appropriate equipment, procedures and teaching methods. In the practical part I focused on finding the parents' views on teaching skiing in the ski schools and the teaching by their own force. The reasons which lead them to select one of these two possibilities of teaching. What they are seeing the advantages or disadvantages of vice versa. TITLE: Methodology of korfball in primary school AUTHOR: Andrea Lhotáková DEPARTMENT: Department of Physical Education SUPERVISOR: Mgr. Věra Kuhnová ABSTRACT: This thesis is focused on the preparation of basic methodology of korfbal for beginners - primary school children. The methodology is intended for PE teachers in basic schools, especially primary school teachers. They could use findings from this study in PE lessons or in afterschool activities groups focused on korfball. The theoretical part deals with basic information about korfball including its history and presents the modification of korfball called monokorfball. The thesis focuses on the basic methodology of korfball skills with basic exercises, such as work with the ball /passing, shot, catching etc./. The short analysis of the status of the coach/teacher and the organization of training are mentioned, too. The practical part compares the suitability of korfball and monokorfball on a group of primary school pupils by the method of experiment. The thesis includes a set of six basic training lessons for beginning players and coaches. The work also evaluates the views of pupils on korfball according to a simple questionnaire. Swimming instruction of mentally handicapped individual and his/her integration - Down's syndrome

The subject of the diploma thesis concerns the integration of mentally handicapped individuals into the group of standard population in the course of preparatory training of swimming. The aim of the thesis is the evaluation and charting of the problem of the Down syndrome and on the basis of the results the proposal and verification of the conception of integration of the handicapped person. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis is based upon the characteristics of the specific traits of mentally handicapped individuals, it explains the terms of the Down syndrome, it explains the integration of mentally handicapped individuals, and it informs about the swimming as a means of integration into the society. The practical part of the diploma thesis described the course of the research work, it characterizes the studied group of individuals, it includes the results of testing (Štochl, 2002) and it registers the acquiring of the respective aptitudes. The results are evaluated by verbal description as well as by the form of graphs. The practical part includes also the preparation of the conception of social integration of mentally handicapped individuals, which has been prepared on the basis of analysis of specialized literature and on the basis of practical and theoretical experience. Possibilities and assertion of an individual with cerebral palsy in sports in Prague

This bachelor thesis is focused on sport options for disabled people. The focus is particularly on people with physical disabilities and their sport activities. Theoretical part consists of several parts namely definitions of basic concepts, types of physical disabilities, historical view on sports of handicapped, Paralympics, and sport activities suitable for disabled people. Research part consists of list of Prague's sport clubs organizing activities for disabled people and case study of an individual with cerebral palsy.

Swimming training at the lower school of primary schools

This thesis is aimed on the topic of swimming training on the first grade of primary school. The theoretical part is processed according to available resources, history and importance of swimming, characterized by basic swimming training of children at school age and younger. The practical part is focused on the research sample, a swimming schools and children who participated in basic swimming training. Following sections of this thesis are analyzing the research sample, which consists of swimming instructors in selected schools. This research sample was examined in terms of detection effectiveness and impact of swimming training on the results of graduate (or maturity) of swimming courses. This thesis map the swimming training of primary school students, especially in terms of periodicity and teaching effectiveness. The aim of the thesis is to elaborate a comprehensive overview of the current situation in basic swimming training.

This diploma thesis deals with classification of physical education in primary school. The aim of this thesis is to produce recommendations for the settings of the assessing system of physical education in primary school. The theoretical part delimitates the concept of the assessment and classification, studies different aspects of the assessment and describes the nowadays tendencies ofthis issue in foreign countries. The practical part focuses on the perception of classification of the pupils, the teachers and their parents. The aim is to formulate recommendations for the appropriate forms of the assessment of physical education in primary school. The research was carried out through the questionnaire method.

History of basketball in Strakonice

This diploma thesis maps the history of Basketball Club of Strakonice. It describes it's origin and further formation. In the introduction I have set the development of basketball in a global and also national context. In the second part I described basketball within it's regional form. The history is chronologically divided into consecutive periods. This work also contains rosters of player and trainers. I have also added specific archival data to support successes and failures of the team.

Mapping appopriate Prague parks and trails for leisure activities focused on in-line skating for the pupils of a primary school

In the introduction of theoretical part, a sport discipline In line skating is described. Legislative aspect together with use of cycle paths is considered.The second chapter describes system of cyclopaths in the cities. Following chapters are describing the concept of parks and cyclopaths development in the rural area until 2020. Next, the work establishes criteria for evaluation of locations discussed in charter 5. Theoretical part of this work discusses in chapter six general rules for cyclopaths and park use. In chapter seven traffic signalization and in line skaters' equipment are discussed. Further chapters focus on sport and safety equipment. In the end of theoretical part of chapter ten and eleven I comment on particularities of in line skating education for children 7- 10 years old. Practical part describes mapping and evaluation of 10 selected cyclopaths located on the left side of Vltava River and close surroundings in chapter 12-13. Chapter 14 is dedicated to in-line skating and its categories. In the end of the practical part, the structure and methodology of teaching lesson of in-line skating is depicted together with description of basics of in line skating.
