Design of portable microphone array
Vazovan, Ľubomír ; Kubík, Michal (referee) ; Klapka, Milan (advisor)
The subject of this thesis is the structural design of portable five-arms microphone array to localize noise sources, which is using to beamforming techniques. The aim of the work is to design a simple and easy mechanical construction. Part of the work is the solution to connect the measurement microphone to the construction field. The first part is devoted to the theory of beamforming, design the microphone array for beamforming and offered an overview of plane mic fields. The next part of my work is drafting the proposals selected nodes from which you select a specific design. In conclusion I evaluate the economics of construction.
The design survey of magnetorheological dampers
Tran, Adam ; Macháček, Ondřej (referee) ; Kubík, Michal (advisor)
Bachleor´s thesis deals with the damping systems such as magnetorheological dampers or magnetorheological valves. At beginning MR effect is described in MR devices. Next part deals with the designs, materials, characteristics of FEM models e.g. magnetic inductions, tested characteristics (F-v, time response), and used MR fluids in MR devices. In second part there are compared each MR device (MR damper or MR valve) in listed characteristics from previous part and describes issues, which are not in publications.
Biomass gasification
Kubík, Michal ; Špiláček, Michal (referee) ; Baláš, Marek (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with biomass gasification technology. The introductory part is dedicated to biomass, its division and basic ways of its processing. The main part deals with gasification itself, describes individual processes of gasification and describes different types of gasifiers in detail. This thesis deals with synthetic gas, its impurities and ways of their removal. In the last section the brief description of selected use of gasification technology in Czech republic and Europe is made.
Test of remanency in a sport damper in dependence on a material of magnetic circuit
Polášek, Jan ; Kubík, Michal (referee) ; Roupec, Jakub (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with testing of maximal magnetic induction, remanence and B-H curve of different kinds of steels and application of this knowledge when choosing materials for magnetic circuit of magnetorheological (MR) dampers. The introduction of the thesis is intended to analyse knowledge of magnetorheological fluids and magnetic characteristics of different kinds of materials. Another part of bachelor’s thesis deals with the choice of steels of different chemical composition, heat treatment of steel, testing and comparing with FEM results. The aim of the thesis is also to design a clamping device for testing of magnetic circuit and to describe used measuring instruments and measurement methodology too.
Reconstruction of suspension tester TriTec
Dvořáček, Milan ; Kubík, Michal (referee) ; Sabo, Karol (advisor)
The topic of my bachelor’s thesis is Reconstruction of suspension tester TriTec. The aim is to remove imperfections of previous version of the tester, which disabled accurate and comfortable work with the tester.TriTec is resonance adhesion suspension tester used for non-dismantling testing of vehicles. Output of this test is pressure force to static force ratio expressed as percentage recalcutated in order to correspond with EUSAMA output.
Construction of demagnetizing device of MR dampers for Hyundai
Batelka, Jiří ; Kubík, Michal (referee) ; Strecker, Zbyněk (advisor)
The aim of this thesis in to find a suitable way of demagnetizing MR damper. To achieve this goal, a device based on Arduino DUE was assembled and the effects of adjustable parameters are examinated. Decrease of remanence from original 12 mT before demagnetizing to the resulting 0,23mT was reached. It is possible to use the found effects of adjustable parameters and the device to find suitable ways of demagnetizing other devices.
Design of fail-safe magnetorheological damper
Hašlík, Igor ; Novák, Petr (referee) ; Kubík, Michal (advisor)
This Bachelor’s thesis deals with an engineering design of so-called fail-safe system applied to a magnetorheological damper. In the beginning there is mentioned an essential knowledge needed for developing of such a device. The following part shows some of the current designs. Next part consists of few concept designs. One of those concepts was chosen to be processed in the engineering part. Finally a simplified magnetic and hydraulic model of the final design is calculated.
Axle differential, driving shaft mounting
Kubík, Michal ; Indruch, Jiří (referee) ; Mazůrek, Ivan (advisor)
The aim of the first part of the bachelor`s thesis is creating an examination of basic types of the differential. The beginning of the work is devoted to the division of permanent transmission. The following chapter deals with the differential system and describes basic qualities of the differentials. The actual body of the first part is a description of individual types of differentials. The second part of the bachelor`s thesis focuses on storing of the differential pinion. The storing in this part is divided according to the gear of the transmission. The constructional examples from practice for the individual types are given. The end of the chapter contains an evaluation and advice for the construction of storing of the differential pinion.
Methodology of magnetorheological sport damper demagnetization
Strmiska, Tomáš ; Kubík, Michal (referee) ; Strecker, Zbyněk (advisor)
This thesis is dedicated to discovering the most efficient methods of demagnetization. At the beginning, basics of magnetorheological (MR) dampers are explained. Available literature is studied to propose appropriate methods of demagnetization. An apparatus is designed and utilized to research methods of MR damper piston and magnetic circuit of MR viscometer demagnetization. The outcome of this work is analysis of recorded data including impact analysis of all identified parameters. The best demagnetization methods are described.
Magnetorheological Suspension Damper for Space Application
