Benefits and risks of Homesharing in the care for children with autism spectrum disorder

This diploma thesis on the topic Benefits and risks of home sharing in the care of children with autism spectrum disorders is focused on children with autism spectrum disorders, their families and especially on the new home sharing service. This is a form of relaxation stay, which regularly takes place in the household of the so-called host. The work is divided into two parts. The first chapter of the theoretical part summarizes the existing historical facts from the description of autism spectrum disorders by Leo Kanner and Hans Aspergerm. It also presents current knowledge in the field of aetiology, diagnostics and classification options. The third chapter is devoted to a family and a child with ASD. The last chapter of the theoretical part presents shared care home sharing. It describes its beginnings in Ireland and its gradual expansion to other countries around the world, including the Czech Republic. The course of pairing and individual phases, without which this service cannot get along, is also described in more detail. The practical part is based on qualitative research. The View of Beginning Teachers on Pedagogical Diagnostics

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of beginning teachers in the field of pedagogical diagnostics. It is divided into theoretical and research part. The theoretical part of the thesis contains three chapters. The first part of the thesis summarizes the theoretical knowledge in the field of teaching profession and the requirements for a beginning teacher. Furthermore, the requirements for the theoretical readiness and competencies of the teacher are set with emphasis on the need for methodological guidance in its beginnings and the need for further education. The following chapter introduces the topic of pedagogical diagnostics and presents its definition, tasks and goals, the subject of pedagogical diagnostics and defines the diagnostic competencies of primary school teachers. In the last chapter of the theoretical part, the areas of partial functions are specified and their manifestations and deficits are characterized, which the teacher can observe in the pupil's speech during the educational process. Upbringing of their Hearing Child by Deaf Parents

This bachelor thesis focuses on deaf parents and the upbringing of their hearing children. It discusses the topic of hearing impairment, its consequences and communication systems or hearing compensation people with this disability can use. It also explores the topic of Deaf and CODA individuals and families consisting of a parent or parents with this disability and hearing children. For the last chapter, a research survey was carried out. The author conducted structured interviews with a total of nine informants from six families, who were asked to share their experience with the upbringings of their hearing children. All questions were divided into nine topics and the obtained data were subsequently analysed. The output of this work are partial conclusions and recommendations, which concern both the parents themselves and schools, doctors and organizations dedicated to the deaf. Primary school pupils awareness of Deaf community

The diploma thesis is elaborated on the topic of awareness of primary school pupils about the Deaf community, in general about people with hearing impairment. The aim of the work is obtain information about how students are informed about the issue of the Deaf community and to increase this knowledge using research methods. The theoretical part is focused on a general introduction to the issue of people with hearing impairment, the division of hearing impairments, terms used in this field, as well as on the communication of people with hearing impairment and compensatory aids. One of the chapters then brings important knowledge about the Deaf community, their culture and also about several organizations associating people with hearing impairments in general and their surroundings. The next chapter deals with the possibilities of obtaining information about the culture of the Deaf, while the work lists the Internet, magazines, lectures and sign language courses as sources of information. This bachelor's thesis deals with the subjective attitudes of persons with hearing impairment towards defects originating prelingually and postlingually. The theoretical part describes hearing defects, their types, and degrees. Furthermore describes special pedagogical care, which, among others, also includes speech therapy intervention or the possibility of using compensatory aids. The following is a description of the psychological aspects of prelingual and postlingual hearing impairment. This work aims to identify and describe personal experience and impressions of people with hearing impairment, as well as personal impressions and feelings in the context of communication and the majority society's approach towards this group of people, and to find out what problem areas people with hearing impairment perceive in the relationship with the majority population in the Czech Republic. As part of quality research, a semi-structured interview was chosen in the practical part, and four informants with prelingual and postlingual hearing loss aged 20 to 40 years were selected as a research sample.
