Motivation of secondary school-age children to physical activities and sports

The topic of my diploma thesis is the motivation of the pupils at the secondary school. I focus on the two groups of the pupils. First group is the pupils who don't practice any sports and what is their relationship to physical activities and sports. The second group is the students who are active members of sports clubs and their relationship to sports. I will compare both student's groups and try to find what are the sources of their motivation, how to influence the motivation and what exactly determines their choice of sport. I will describe the influence of motivation in the theoretical part of my thesis. Later I will deal with the importance of the physical activities during the human life span. I will deal with the stimuli which affect the students in the selecting their sporting focus and activities via questionnaire in the practical part of the diploma thesis. Relationship of level of physical skills and academic achievemnts

The thesis aims to investigate whether there is dependence between the level of physical skills and achievements in school. By means of test I will analyze the level of physical skills for pupils in lower multi-annual gymnasium. Based on the measured results I try to find and compare the level of physical skills and students academic achievemnt dependence in the first semester of that year. Subsequently I also detect, by using my pre-prepared questionnaire, the relationship of students to sport physical activity in leisure time and also try to determine from which social relationships the child comes from and whether there is any physical skills level impact. The results confirm that pupils performing better in gym classes achieve better physical skills level as well. I further acknowledge leisure physical activity of pupils and the level of their physical skills dependence. On the contrary I have not found any relationship between social family level, their achievements in other subjects and levels of physical skills.
Importance of swimming lessons for children to the first primary chools

This thesis focusis on the Importance of Swimming Lessons for Children in the 1st degree school . It focuses not only important in terms of health, where there is a child's development or removal of various imbalance, but also in terms of socialization and educational. In detail, the theses focuses on students who already have the basics of swimming styles and those who are yet to recieve in the form of swimming training, and using a questionnaire. Finally, the subject thesis as well as prevention, which is based on the recommendations of parents, both teachers from the swimming school and elementary school teachers. Theoretical knowledge of swimming instruction, design questionnaires, methods of evaluation results a recommendations for prevention are applied to the parents, made a survey and retrospective reflection on the parents.
In-line skating at children's free time

The topic of this work is basketball, its evolution and its place in the world. This development is inherently put together with the rules and their changes. Changes happens in this sport quite often. Research describes the influence of selected changes in rules on the game, namely the direction in which is basketball now developed, thanks to its changes in the rules.
Floorball Summer Fitness Trainig

This diploma thesis "Floorball Summer Fitness Training" describes the process and influence of a fitness training period on female floorball players of Fbš Bohemians Praha club. The theoretical part focuses on fitness training and its elements, it also describes motor skills, training phases and physical tests. The practical part of the thesis deals with the actual testing of the players prior to the start of the summer fitness training period and afterwards.
