Focuses on the differences in approach and in term sof komplete and incomplete families. Based on the findings of research points to the possitilities for kindergarten parents to offer advice and consultation in the interest of children.
Influence of the natural environment on the development of motor and cognitive abilities of preschool age.

This work deals with the effect the natural environment on the development of motor and cognitive abilities of preschool age. The aim is to determine the effect of education in the natural environment to the level of motor skills and knowledge of preschool children. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of preschool age. Acquaints with the development of motor skills and their training in the natural environment. It also deals with the cognitive component of the preschool child's personality and the possibilities of its development in the countryside. Zooms problems of education in a forest environment, types of learnin and methods of training in the various components of the child's personality just in a forest. The practical part is a qualitative research method used is a questionnaire survey among kindergarten teachers to determine the most commonly used educational environment, the method standardized test for 4-6-year old children to determine the level of motor skills of the children, and the method of diagnostic interview, which examined the effect of natural environments on children's knowledge. Results in agreement with reported literature confirm the positive influence of education in the natural environment for the development of several components of the child's personality.
Respecting development specifications in present kindergarten

This diploma thesis focuses on development specification in pre-school children with emphasis on respecting its needs in present kindergarten environment. The thesis observes development specifications and individual needs of present generation of pre- school children. Main aim lies in observation, searching differences and distinctions in individual needs and specific demonstrations of children. The thesis on one hand looks for potential causation of possible phenomenon and on the other looks for possibilities how to fulfil the needs of all children in the present kindergarten. It tries a deeper insight to the basis of examined events, looks for possible background and connections in present time as well as in historic resources.
Function of Fanciful Motives in Present Czech Literature for Children

In my thesis paper entitled "The Function of Fanciful Motives in Present Czech Literature for Children" I begin by theoretically exploring the problems of fantasy literature and fantasy motifs. I then discuss the lives and work of various authors and focus on an analysis of their literary works with child heroes and fantasy motifs. I have selected texts for interpretation on the basis of the following conditions: the books are specifically intended for children and adolescents; the stories have a realistic level and the fantasy area is somehow part of this; the fantasy world is logically incorporated into the fictional world corresponding to our everyday experiences and this imaginary world therefore applies to real life; the fantasy motifs serve a specific function; and the fantasy motifs appear as an equal element to the realistic ones. Parents and grandparents in educating of pre school children

This diploma work deals with parents and grandparents in education of preschool age. First theoretical part of the work examines sociological data about family and education of children. The work further deals details of the position and role of the grandparents when these findings are then compare in the context of a child where the main importance is focused to presence grandparents in education. The second part of the work is focused to research. It examines how the parents and grandparents work together in education and how feels this help young parent. This part of the work finds what education methods repeat of our children and how has changed the education today against of past. It deals if grandparents affect their children and if these children perceive they are influence by parents.
Social Interaction in an Age-heterogeneous Group in a Nursery School and the After-School Activities of Primary School

Cílem mé práce je nahlédnout blíže, co přináší dětem vzájemné ovlivňování mladších a starších dětí při hře i při řízené činnosti, jaké vztahy se mezi těmito dětmi utvářejí, jaké postavení dítě ve skupině svým chováním a jednáním získává a také jak se umí k případným problémům samo postavit. Se sociální interakcí se člověk potýká celý život, protože bývá odmalička v kontaktu s lidmi, nejdříve jemu blízkými, poté s vrstevníky a učiteli, pak v partě mladých lidí a nakonec jako dospělý v běžném či pracovním životě. Uvědomuji si, jak je důležité pro úspěšný start dítěte do života obecně a do dětského kolektivu konkrétně jeho kladné přijetí rodinou a jakým příkladem jsou mu jeho rodiče. Po získání pocitu jistoty a bezpečí v rodině se dítě postupně osamostatňuje a je schopné navazovat kontakty s dalšími lidmi mimo rodinu, především s vrstevníky. Velmi tedy záleží na úrovni stability a osobní vyrovnanosti každého jedince. Po úvaze nad položenými otázkami jsem dospěla k názoru, že bych měla vychovávat především děti ohleduplné, citlivé, které budou schopny spolupracovat, budou se umět prosadit či přizpůsobit. Míra úspěšnosti dítěte se stává součástí osobní identity a ovlivňuje dětské prožívání i chování. Our legislativ allows the commencement of nursery schools set up by both municipalities and private founders. Pre-school institutions from both sectors have the common aim: to satisfy the natural needs of the child and to develop its personality in cooperation with the family. In addition to this, pre-school institutions from private sectors have to create economical stability and prosperity. Thus the influence of the state upon upbringing and education is determining. It is essential, if the state handles its role in this field, if there is a propper focus on the development of education, if the evolution and changes of the society are being reflected and adapted and if there is an educated society being created. Differences between the homogenous and heterogenous classes arranged at maternity schools, plus the influence of these arrangements on the child's preparedness to enter the first grade of elementary school.

Résumé This thesis deals with finding differences between homogeneously and heterogeneously assorted classes in nursery schools and their influence on the readiness of a child to enter the first class in elementary school. The theoretical part focuses on school maturity and readiness, general characterization of a pre-school child before entering the first class in elementary school, differences between heterogeneously and homogeneously assorted classes in nursery schools and finally on a child's preparedness for the compulsory education. The practical part shows the results of a research carried out by the means of an author's test of school maturity method and a questionnaire. The research sample consisted of children of pre-school age before entering elementary schools from heterogeneous and homogeneous nursery school classes and pedagogues from nursery and elementary schools. The main objective of this research was to find out which children are better prepared for entering elementary school, whether from homogeneous or heterogeneous classes in nursery schools. Kindergartens as a public service

The thesis is focused on providing pre-kindergarten education as a public service. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of the parent school as educational institutions, legislative pre-school education and the role of the state as a public service provider of preschool education, the means of financing and providing services based on the founder's position of pre-school, the family as a partner in the educational impact. The practical part is based on research in two kindergartens. The portion of research findings confirmed that the parents understand the provision of preschool education in kindergartens as a public service, and consider state funding of preschool education for granted. The survey showed that what is provided the extra by kindergarten, parents understand the guaranteed services, without realizing that these services at kindergarten are beyond the educational work in kindergartens. Nursery school wants to draw attention to themselves, to get more students in the competition. According to the Framework Educational Programme for the provision of preschool education school activities is not a public service.
Play in same age and mixed age classes at kindergarden

The diploma work is focused on play in homogenous and heterogeneous age groups in nurseries. It includes a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part compares conditions for children's play in two programs taking place in different times, chosen alternative programs, game and the game set, the role of the teacher during the free play and also analyses the advantages and disadvantages of homogenous and heterogeneous age groups in classes. The practical part includes observation of free play in homogenous and heterogeneous age groups of children and the monitoring of the experiment with game set. It also focuses on the tendency of children in the heterogeneous age group to create the thematic game sets and compares the results of play in two heterogeneous groups.
