The use of direct marketing

This Bachelor thesis deals with the use of Direct Marketing for a purpose of the obtaining new and retain existing customers from THIMM Packaging Company and from their biggest competitors in the market. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first one, literature research, deals with the concept of direct marketing and its forms, advantages and disadvantages and with the importance of direct marketing in the B2B market. The second part, the thesis itself, focuses on characteristic of selected B2B Company and its used direct marketing tools. The thesis also discusses about analysis of direct marketing of competing companies. The analysis of competing companies is focused on main characteristics and direct marketing used by competitors. Based on the analysis and evaluation of current direct marketing of THIMM Packaging Company and also the direct marketing of competitors, there are suggested recommendations for THIMM Packaging Company in the area of direct marketing. The conclusion describes the process of own design of direct mailing campaign, carried out under the past packaging congress Obalko 2015. The evaluation of the direct mailing campaign follows up.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the motivation of motivation and stimulation of employees in the company. First part describes basic notions, which are important in relation to motivation. Next part introduces the most familiar theories, which deal with peoples´ motivation. The practical part builds on the theoretical knowledge and deals with the analysis of stimulation system in a selected firm. By using of questionnaire of research were found out problems and shortages in motivation of employees. After an evaluation of questionary examination, motivation factors were defined. Then you can find out suggestions of sollutions, which should encourage to improving of informations and of productivity in the company

The aim of the Bachelor Thesis is to assess the area of motivation and stimulation of employees of the public corporation Lesy CR, Forestry Commission in Karlovy Vary Region, and to suggest possible changes in the given area. The work consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is based on the study of professional literature as well as on mutual comparison, association and completion of outcomes from various sources dealing with the area of motivation and stimulations of workers within a company. The practical part presents a research of the chosen subject, and data were collected by means of a questionnaire for employees and an interview with a head worker. An analysis and assessment of the corporation regarding the area of motivation and stimulation were carried out on the basis of the data collected. The research demonstrated that the employees involved assessed the given area of interest in a positive way. The research findings lead us to the conclusion that there has already been a well-going system in the corporation, and it can take advantage of concrete suggestions and recommendations provided on the basis of results gained from the questionnaire inquiry.

Marketing strategy of the business entity

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to define marketing strategy for selected business entities - PZP Heating Inc. and Servisbal Obaly Ltd. The first part of this thesis is devoted to a summary of teoretical knowledge concerning the essence of marketing, marketing process of STP, marketing mix 4P and strategic marketing management. In the second part sets out the current strategy of marketing management with a detailed analysis of the marketing tools of both companies on the basis of information obtained from their website, internal materials and consultations with the managers of the companies. On the example of two different, competing companies is a task highlight methods that have the highest benefit for the company. Still,it is a totally different society with a different product and customer structure, certain principles work for both companies as well. Tools that is profitable for both companies, they can serve as an inspiration to others who do not know these methods or using them are still hesitating. In chapter Results and discussion summarizes the most important findings about marketing management of both companies, is listed by the main character, and the most important findings for each marketing mix. Both companies agree that, of all the tools for them is the most effective online marketing that despite the relatively high costs, most companies brings new customers. Also, there are some recommendations for both companies, which would, if implemented, should point to the still unused opportunities and bring them new customers.

This Bachelor's thesis deals with the marketing strategy of the non-profit organization of the basketball club BC Geosan Kolin. The work is devided into two parts: a theoretical one, which is conducted in a form of a literature review, and an analytical part i.e.case study. The first part describes and explains the basic terms and definitions which are integral to the said topic. The first analytical section refers to the characteristic of the company BC Geosan Kolín. There are described various parts of the marketing mix and evaluation of the marketing mox of the selected company. The questionnaire survey id used in the second section of the Bachelor thesis. Recommendations for improving the current strategy of the basketball club are set on the basis of the questionnaire investigation and evaluation of the company's marketing mix.

This work describes the evaluation and stimulation of employees in small firms. Each of us in working life getting into situations where he is forced to compare and evaluate their feelings and performances from previous employment with the current work activities. This evaluation shall consist in the vast majority of the comparison of what who had, and has, and how it has been or is satisfied. And this satisfaction or dissatisfaction is a significant factor influencing the performance of each employee. The work analyzes the current status for the selected company in terms of the effectiveness of the stimulus and the level of employee motivation tools. Emphasize practical experience using the theoretical rules of field stimulation and motivation of the employees. Through the evaluation of the results of the analysis are proposed practical recommendations and measures that lead to the improvement of personnel management of the analyzed company.

This master thesis focuses on the recruitment of employees provided by recruitment agency PŘEDVÝBĚR.CZ. The work is composed of two main sections, the theoretical part and the survey. The theoretical part defines the terminology used in the thesis and describes the processes of recruitment. The part consists of information gathered from the professional literature. The recruitment agency is described in the survey first. Then comes the data analysis. The data were gathered during interviews with both the top management of the agency and the recruitment consultants. The conclusions of the thesis are based on the gathered data.
Communication strategy of the company

This thesis deals with suggestion and its following execution of communication strategy on selected program of a company. This strategy is aimed on processing of loan and non-bank related functions. The main goal of this thesis is to design a communication strategy of a concrete product and to analyze it by its efectivity on communication mix after the product introduction. My thesis is divided into two parts. In my literature review I will present theoretical resources. The analytical part is used to specify and develop these findings. Concretely my analytical part describes initial situation of a company, main information about the product and goals of the company after implementation of the product. Assignment of a company XY (Name not available at the company's request) defines the analysis, which is process by advertising agency (on behalf of the author of thesis) through communication possibilities on market thanks to obtained findings. Author of this thesis also suggests a proper communication mix based on this analysis. Suggested communication is established on impersonal direct mail communication. This communication is used to satisfy needs of both new and current communities. Therefore also a combination of pull and push strategy. The conclusion if this thesis is compilation of suggested communication strategy and evaluation of gained results on given campaign.
