Forming Technology of Thin Sheets with Coating

The bachelor's thesis deals with forming technology of thin sheets with coating. It is divided in three separate parts. Firstly, technologies used for forming thin sheets with coating like bending, drawing, spinning and shearing are discussed. Secondly, the thesis presents coatings, their types and means of measuring their thickness as well as examination technologies. The last part consists of a set of experiments testing aforementioned facts on testing samples.
Marketing support of baby food in the company Nutricia

The aim of the thesis is to present a correct way of proper child nutrition under three years of age, describe the baby food market and trends in this category. Then, apply the theoretical knowledge of the marketing mix to one of the strongest players in the baby food market, the company Nutricia. In conclusion, using the results of the research, suggest for this company marketing recommendations . The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the proper child nutrition from birth to three years of age, components of the marketing mix and competitive enviroment. In the practical part, the baby food market in the Czech Republic, the trends in this category, market competition, the company Nutricia and its marketing mix are beying suscribed. The practical part has its own research. At the end of the work the hypothesis are confirmed or disproved and marketing recommendations for Nutricia are made.
Marketing mix proposal for a market launch of a new product

This thesis deals with launch of a new product to the market from the marketing perspective with main focus on marketing mix. Thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical one. Theoretical part deals with marketing research, strategic and tactic marketing, in general. Practical part implements findings from theoretical part. Main goal of this thesis is to choose target segment and create a positioning to it all based on a market research. This gives the base to define product, create a pricing strategy and develop a distribution strategy and also to make a communication mix.
Category management of baby food

This thesis deals with category management of baby food on the Czech market. The goal of the thesis is to determine the theoretical basis of category management and define the category management process. Subsequently, based on the analysis of primary and secondary data, will be characterized the change in current shopping behaviour of mothers. Next goal is to design a general model structure of baby food exposure and through this model to determine whether the current situation on the baby food market, in the field of presentation of products, meets the needs and desires of customers. Primary data will be collected through the quantitative on-line questionnaire survey. The source for the secondary analysis will be the data from the project Market&Media&Lifestyle, market data and shopper behaviour research 2013.
Open Innovation in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in the Czech Republic

The doctoral thesis deals with innovations in small and medium-sized enterprises and is particularly focused on the open innovation paradigm. In the theoretical part it explains the relationship between innovations and competitive advantage and provides a broad overview of the current research in the field of open innovations. Based on the theory and supported by the secondary research, it defines research questions and hypotheses that are tested within a survey distributed among Czech small and medium-sized enterprises. Results of the survey serve as a foundation for own models allowing broader implementation of open innovation in Czech small and medium-sized enterprises.
Public Administration Decision-Making on non-motorized transport

This thesis discusses the ways in which various public authorities are able to influence the development of non-motorized transport, especially cycling. It describes each level of a public administration and its competencies in this matter, ways of financing and methods of decision making, as well as the theory of managerial decision making. Furthermore, this paper defines the basic terms of non-motorized transport and analyzes all types of roads and their administrators. Above all, this work aims to enlighten the reader about the different means of non-motorized transport such as walking and bicycle, compare its advantages and disadvantages, analyze key obstacles the users have to face if they are not provided with their personal space in the urban road network, and to propose possible solutions. The main purpose of this paper is to show the hidden effectiveness of non-motorized transport specifically in the individual urban transportation and to apprise the reader of the modern systems, which contribute to the development of this ecological form of transport.
Analysis of job satisfaction of employees

This thesis examines the problem of job satisfaction. It explains basic concepts and methods of most widely used theories of job satisfaction. The work contains survey on job satisfaction on a specific market entity - the company Telefónica Czech Republic, a.s., the findings of current situation and it proposes alternative procedures to improve the situation. Data collection was performed using a questionnaire submitted by employees of the company Telefónica Czech Republic, a. s. On the basis of personal evaluation questionnaire was then conducted the analysis of job satisfaction. The aim of this work is to analyze external factors affecting job satisfaction.
The Role of Science and Technology Parks in the World Economy

It explores the experience of Silicon Valley and Route 128 and tries to identify key factors that are important for development of a science and technology park (STP). There is a signifact part of the thesis concerned with the role of STPs in selected european and asian economies.
Pakt stability a růstu: stav plnění

Práce se věnuje Paktu stability a růstu. Zabývá se důvody vzniku tohoto dokumentu, jeho pravidlům, povinnostem jednotlivých subjektů, na které má Pakt vliv a v neposlední řadě i změnám, ke kterým došlo v roce 2005. Věnuje se také porušování Paktu ze strany některých členských států a procedurám, které vedly k nápravě. Důležitou součástí je aktuální stav plnění pravidel SGP jednotlivými členskými státy. Obsahem bakalářské práce je i odhalení slabých míst Paktu stability a růstu.
