This bachelor's thesis deals with the production of flat-shaped components by CNC milling. A production process was set up within it. Part of the production process assembly is the selection of machinery, including accessories, gauges, and technological processes. Furthermore, an NC program was created, which was optimized in production. At the end of the thesis, the production of the selected part is evaluated.

The transfer of ownership of cooperative apartments The thesis deals with the issue of the transfer of property of cooperative apartments which is a topic frequently approached due to a large number of members of the cooperatives who still haven't settled their legal claims against the housing cooperatives. The housing cooperatives will keep their importance even with the new civil code being applicable. The purpose of the thesis is to analyze legal regulation concerning transfers of ownership of apartments from the housing cooperatives to their members, concentrating especially on the conditions, fulfilling of which establishes an obligation for the cooperative to conclude the contract with their members in order to transfer the ownership of cooperative units. The thesis also attempts to describe some changes brought into the legal system by the new civil code. The thesis is composed of four chapters which are further divided into subchapters. Chapter One is dedicated to the definition of the essential concepts used in the thesis. Considering the transfer of ownership, it is necessary to denominate the parties of the relationship which are the housing cooperative on one side and the member the housing cooperative, and the subject to the property right or claim - cooperative apartment. Branding and rebranding

The thesis focuses on brand image and its establishment on the Czech retail market. The aim of the thesis is to identify and propose ten opportunities for improvement of brand presentation to the brand's end users.
The first part covers the empirical background and summarises issues of brand image creation in the context of brand building process in the retail environment. The practical part introduces the sports brand Under Armour and subsequently describes its position on the Czech sportswear market. Based on the questionnaire and observational research a draft of ten recommendations is compiled to help improve presentation of the Under Armour brand in the retail environment.

Initial Project of Launch of a Corporate Information System - Methodology Proposal

This Baccalaureate work deals with a proposal of efficient methodology for leading the initial project, which is of a crucial influence on the successful launch and use of a corporate information system. During the course of the initial project corporate processes are analyzed, communication rules are set, data structure following its migration is defined, integration with other specialized products is ensured, the master schedule is worked out and the controlling mechanisms, milestones and criteria of acceptance are determined. Management of the initial project of the information system represents a very sophisticated activity with significant organizing and capacity demands on both the business and its managers. The target of the methodology is to set up and create clear conditions of the initial project management to be followed by all participants during the whole process.

Graphs, Graph Algorithms and their Use in Finding the Shortest Path

This Bachelor thesis concentrates on introducing graphs and graph algorithms theories for finding the shortest path and consequential implementation of acquired pieces of knowledge into program MS Excel 2003 using VBA language. Chart theory applies to everything, from small problems to complex actions. If we are able to understand the basic pieces of knowledge presented in this thesis, we will also be able to put them into practice.
