Political extremism in the town, the region

The theoretical part of the thesis is divided into individual chapters that define the basic terminology associated with political extremism . In particular, it focuses on the concepts of extremism , radicalism and Anti-Gypsyism . Defined the concepts of political extremism , right-wing and left-wing political extremism , far right and far left, legal and illegal political parties and political movements in the Czech Republic and the law against extremism. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the socio-economic characteristics of the Šluknovsko and the city Varnsdorf. Analyzed the individual factors that contribute to the development of political extremism in the region. It is a factor of unemployment, crime, ethnic composition of the population and socially excluded localities. The practical part of the thesis is a survey that aimed to determine whether they are residents of the city Varnsdorf satisfied with life in Šluknovsko. Also felt that the presence of political extremism in the region. The questionnaire is evaluated at the end .

Social Services for People with Autism

Abstract Social services for people with autism This diploma thesis is focused on the issues of social services for people with autism. I have concentrated my research on people looking after the people with autism. In the theoretical part I deal with the explanation of the term autism, division of autism, I describe specific work with people with autism, some kinds of therapies, social services for people with autism and some organizations working with people with autism. In the practical part of the work there are written and evaluated interviews with the respondents. Collecting information was done by the qualitative form, via the method of asking. As the method of colleticting data the half-standarised interview was used. The group for the research was formed by the people looking after the people with autism. I spoke with eight caretakers in total, they were always parents of the children with autism. The choice was done by the method of snowball. Each interview was elaborated into eight case studies. The results of the interviews were transformed into tables and summerized in a discussion. The aim of the diploma thesis was to map possibilities of social services for people with autism and if they have possibility to use these services. Other aim was to find out which services are used the most by these people and if they suit them. Then I investigated if these services are accessible financially, by quantity and quality and if they copy the requirements of a family and individual needs of the people with autism. The interviews with the respondents show that the families living in Prague have the possibility to use social services for the people with autism. The respondents living in smaller towns have more difficult access to these services and very often they do not have the possibility of any choice. This work could contribute to quality improvement of providing social services to the people with autism. In my opinion, it is necessary to educate non-professional and professional public in this issue. This is the way to provide better services reflecting the needs of the people with autism. Business voluntariness in Czech Republic - Activities of Czech Donors Forum

Conceptions of corporate philantrophy and corporate social responsibility brought to the Czech Republic by multinational concerns influence strategies of companies of various sizes and industries more and more. The activities of Czech Donors Forum and other relevant organisations take an important share in these concepts as they seek to their popularisation. The main task of this bachelor thesis is to find out, how do these organisations motivate companies to cooperate with non-profit organisations on welfare projects. The first part of the thesis defines philantrophy, corporate philantrophy and corporate social responsibility in theoretical way. The second part analyses actual czech legislation which regulates the activities of nonprofit organisations and funding of their projects. The last part focuses on missions and activities of selected czech organisations: Czech Donors Forum, The VIA Foundation and Business for the Society.

Nowadays, the marketing communication is a very crucial factor of the business success. Efficient targeting, understanding of customer's needs and using opportunities is being the significant competitive advantage. Nevertheless, there are many companies that don't understand the importance of the marketing approach and AGRO-partner is one of them. That is why, I have chosen the Marketing strategy proposal for AGRO-partner s.r.o. to be my master thesis theme. The aim of the thesis is to compose the strategy based on strategic goals of the company, considering specifics of B-to-B markets, surroundings of the company and its realistic sources.

Impact of swimming on the motor system of professional swimmers

My Bachelor Dissertation focused on the topic ``Impact of swimming on the motor system of professional swimmers{\crq}q is divided into two parts {--} theoretical part and research part. The theoretical part describes not only the history of swimming, development of swimming methods and impact of swimming on human organism, but also according to what parameters it is possible to identify future top swimmers, how to avoid damage to the motor system caused by swimming, why the joint motility is so important and how stretching can help in this context. The aim of this Bachelor Dissertation is to find out whether stretching has an impact on the motor system of professional swimmers. In the research part I tried to achieve this objective. The research was carried out in a qualitative manner with the help of such techniques as anamnesis, observation (kinesiology examination), on two swimmers who had physical difficulties. The therapy was held for seven weeks during which I focused not only on the stretching of shortened muscles but also on reinforcement of weakened muscles and drilling of movement stereotypes. The first patient had pains of the left shoulder joint and the other one had pains of the lumbar area of his back, of the right iliac joint and buttocks. Both the patients cooperated well and thanks to the therapy it was possible to improve stretching of shortened muscles, advanced head posture, asymmetry of the left and right parts of the body, breath wave, and muscle force increased. Physical difficulties of swimmers were mitigated, but much more time would be necessary for their complete removal. It implies from the results of the research that stretching has a positive influence on the motor system of professional swimmers but for achievement of better results it should be connected with the reinforcement of weakened muscles as well.

Cerebrovascular Accident and Subsequent Resocialization

This thesis is focused on resocialisation of persons after cerebrovascular accident - stroke. In this research I have focused concretely on interviews with people who had experienced a stroke. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with anatomical-physiological basis of stroke, risk factors, disease characteristics, symptoms, causes, first aid, the description of different types of stroke and comprehensive rehabilitation, specifically with medical, social, pedagogical and working means of rehabilitaion. In the practical part methods and techniques of qualitative research were used. The questioning method and the semi-structured interview technique were applied. The target group was 10 people who had experienced a stroke. Interviews were processed into case studies - case reports. In the case studies, information from people who had undergone the disease was summarized. The aim of my thesis was to determine and compare the opportunities for selected social groups to return to normal life after a stroke. In the discussion, the obtained information was summarized and hypotheses arising from the research were presented. The supposed use of my thesis could be mapping possibilities of resocialization for persons who have suffered a stroke. The thesis could contribute to the quality improvement of education in this subject and also to help educate the public. Other possibilities how to make use of this thesis are to create a procedure that could be applied in resocialization of persons after stroke.

Proposal discount cards for the urban reservation Jindřichův Hradec

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem konkrétního produktu cestovního ruchu - turistické slevové karty pro jihočeské město Jindřichův Hradec. Při navrhování karty byly zohledňovány teoretické poznatky z oblasti marketingu destinace cestovního ruchu, byla provedena analýza v současné době fungujících českých slevových karet, byla zhodnocena primární nabídka a infrastruktura cestovního ruchu v Jindřichově Hradci. Metody výzkumu spočívaly v rozhovorech s řediteli jindřichohradeckých turistických atraktivit, představiteli města Jindřichův Hradec a v konzultacích s představiteli měst České Budějovice a Český Krumlov, která již mají se slevovými kartami zkušenosti. Pro účely analýzy poptávky bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření návštěvníků Jindřichova Hradce.

Tato práce si klade za cíl seznámit se stavem zemědělství v současném světě. Nejprve je rozebírán význam zěmědělství a jsou analyzovány podmínky nezbytné pro zemědělskou výrobu. Podrobně se práce věnuje rostlinné výrobě, živočišné výrobě a rybolovu a statisticky popisuje jednotlivé komodity. Důraz je kladen na vývoj a trendy ve zmíněných oblastech.
