The aim of the diploma thesis entitled "The Proposal of Development Company's Incentive System" is to analyse the current status of employees' motivation in the company IMOS Brno, a.s. The thesis contains analysis of current employees' incentive system. The data was gathered via questionnaire focused on satisfaction of employees and introduced incentive tools. Based on the results improvement measures are formulated which will lead to higher employees' satisfaction.

Vegetation of post-mining sites determines soil microbial community structure and soil processes Mgr. Michaela Urbanová Abstract The aim of this thesis, which consists of four published articles, was to investigate the effect of vegetation on soil microbial communities and processes in de novo developing soil substrate on the brown-coal spoil heaps in the surrounding of city Sokolov. Spoil material - soil clayey substrate, which had been gradually mined from the opencast brown coal mine, stratified onto spoil heaps and reclaimed by assisted afforestation with selected tree species or left for spontaneous plant succession, changes its biotic and abiotic characteristic in the course of time and particularly under the influence of plants. Changes of spoil substrate characteristics are related to the growth of plant roots and particularly also to the production of plant biomass, which is decomposed gradually and takes part of soil, where participates to soil organic matter. The process of plant dead materials decomposition and transformation is the function of the activity of soil organisms and among them notably soil microorganisms. Financial analysis of the company

This bachelor thesis deals with a financial analysis of an industrial company which manufactures plastic and metal components. The thesis is aimed at the objectives and the subject of financial analysis, the source of information for users, users of financial analysis as well as is focused on assessing trends and structures, phases and methods for processing financial analysis. The part of thesis refers to the period 2011 to 2015 and introduces the company Beta Ltd. Further the work elaborates the financial situation of the company, which uses financial statement and annual reports of the company. The financial analysis is applied by indicators and methods of financial analysis. The bachelor thesis summarizes and evaluates all of the results of the financial analysis of the company and elaborates suggestions to improve the financial situation and inefficiency of the company.

Education and re-education of the individual endangared by the volatile substance taking.

The text deals with the perception of volatile compounds in the vicinity of socially excluded localities. The theoretical basis of this work is taken on the basis of theory to define the impact of education, social exclusion and other factors that describe toluene abuser. The main part of the text focuses on case studies, which described the tendency to abuse toluene. This is particularly true for people from socially excluded localities. Observation of toluene abuser, phase of his addiction and devastation, however, do not belong to the main objective of this work. It focuses mainly on the perception of drug abuse toluene as the risk-generation potential abuser (primary and practical schools) in connection with the approach of the teachers also addresses this issue. Despite the danger, however, with peers who abuse toluene, and especially for the older generation of this volatile substance to be considered harmless fun. This fact stands out in the context of intravenous heroin and methamphetamine, contrary to the public clearly terrified. Based on data that are collected by questionnaire survey, this work gives the parties determine the perception of toluene in the vicinity of the abuser. Název práce: Areál pro volnočasové aktivity dětí z pohledu manažera Název v angličtině: An area for free-time activities ofchildren from the manger point of VleW Cíl práce: Prezentovat na příkladu přírodního zábavního areálu pro děti v Mariánských Lázních určitý postup při vytváření podobných areálů s veřejně prospěšnými cíli v neziskovém sektoru v ČR. Projekt by měl zahrnout zejména oblast plánování, realizace a provozu areálu a měl by být prospěšný především těm, kteří o založení obdobného areálu mají zájem a chybí jím ucelená publikace zabývající se tímto tématem. Metoda: Ke zpracování úkolů byla použita popisná analýza literatury a internetových zdrojů, dále interview s odborníky a volné nestrukturované rozhovory s členy občanského sdružení "Hravý pramen". Výsledky: Přispěly k prezentaci areálu pro volnočasové aktivity z pohledu manažera, zejména popisem činností doprovázejí plánování, realizaci a provoz areálu, které jsou dále aplikovatelné při vytváření obdobných areálů v České Republice. Evaluation of the Economy of the Town Střelice

The bachelor’s thesis is devoted to explaining keynotes of the economy of the selected municipality. It deals with the evaluation of the economy of the town Střelice during period 2011-2014 and focuses on subsidy policy. The bachelor thesis contributes to gaining a more comprehensive insight into the methodology of financing of the planned investment and it can show the way how to obtain the funds that are needed for its implementation. First, it introduces the theoretical aspects of financing and subsequently analyses the possibility of obtaining funds from grant programmes to cover the costs of the particular investment project. The core objective of this thesis is to formulate proposals for taking measures that could lead to an improvement of the economic situation and in particular to the further development of the municipality.

Problematika Product Placement ve filmové tvorbě v EU a ČR

Práce je o problematice product placementu ve filmové tvorbě v rámci České republiky a Evropské unie. Definuje product placement a také podmínky efektivního použití, vymezuje legislativní rámec, jeho výhody a nevýhody při užití ve filmové tvorbě. Zmiňuje se i o kinoreklamě a užití komerčních komunikací v komunikaci filmové tvorby. V závěru práce jsou doporučeny legislativní změny v České republice a také nastíněn širší rámec využití product placementu ve filmové tvorbě jeho zadavateli.
