The consequences of the monetary reforms in Czechoslovakia in 1953

The thesis focuses on monetary reform in Czechoslovakia in 1953. It concentrates especially on the impact of monetary reform on the population. Based on the hypothesis that the economic situation of the state and of the population has not improved as the monetary reform planned. The thesis describes postwar period of Czechoslovakia for a better evaulating and understanding of the monetary reform. The conclusion of the thesis is that monetary reform didn´t increase economic growth and damaged greatly all social strata of the population. The way how the monetary reform was proclaimed caused loosing population´s confidence in the government and in the currency.

This bachelor's thesis introduces basic terms and principles that are currently used in mobile technologies. In addition, a list of operating agencies which can be found on the czech market is included. The offers of operating agencies are evaluated based on the provided information, and the company can choose an offer which would reduce its expenses. One of the offers is chosen as a particular solution which suits the company best.

This master´s thesis contains an explanation of basic terms and principals used in an issues of information systems. Part of this thesis are analyses of a current state of an information system in a selected company and evaluation of its effectiveness. A set of improvement propositions of the current state was created based on those analyses with both balance and effectiveness of an IS taken into account.

The target of the master thesis is to examine and judge hiring and selection process of employees in the company Citibank. The theoretical part is written on the basis of books and internet resources. The thesis follows on with a practical part. There is examined and judged the hiring and selection process of employees in the Citibank in the practical part of the thesis. The practical part is written on the basis of the Citibank HR documentation and systems, internet resources and the survey for new Citi employees. There can also be found recommendations how to improve the recruitment process in the Citibank in the thesis.

Financial analysis of the company Hanacka kyselka, s.r.o.

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to analyze the financial situation of the company Hanacka kyselka, s.r.o. in the period of years 2005 - 2008 on the base of annual financial reports and to compare the company results with whole market and main competitors. In theoretical part there is described methodological apparatus, that is used in following practical part for the analysis. The bachelor thesis consists of horizontal and vertical analysis of the balance sheet and income statement, golden balancing rules, ratio indexes and Du Pont's fragmentation, analysis of net work capital and calculation of EVA. At the end there is a comparision of the main indexes of this company and whole market.
