Employees Training and Development in the Company

The thesis focuses on employee training and development in a selected company and its goal is to define basic terms related to the training process, assess the current standard of training at the customer centre of the selected training company and to suggest possible improvements. The theoretical part is based on the secondary literature listed at the end of the thesis. It defines theoretical terms related to the complete training process that serve as a basis for comparison with empirical data from the research. The practical part evaluates the current condition of the training process and possibilities of development for the consultants working at the customer centre of the selected training company. As for the method, the research relies on questionnaires as a source of information from people responsible for training as well as on electronic questionnaires sent to the customer centre employees. This part addresses, above all, the current state of training process, which consists of several stages: identification of training needs, scheduling training plans, selecting appropriate training methods and implementing and evaluating the actual training. This part also briefly discusses the question of training efficiency. Employee training and development in the company presents one of the most important competitive advantages available to the given company and as such, it is necessary for attaining a prominent position in the market.

The bachelor thesis is focused on empolyee training and development in the company. First basic concepts of this topic are defined as personnel management, human capital, corporate training as well as the identification of training and its ways. Subsequently there are various methods of training described and training plans and their evaluation depicted. The practical part of work is based on a characteristics of the current education system in the company and on its basis improvements are recommended. The characteristics has been prepared on the basis of semi-structured interviews with marketing specialist and CEO of the company and the interpretation of the questionnaire about the need for training and satisfaction with him, who filled the staff.
Corporate Social Responsibility

The thesis deals with the issues of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This topic is quite wide and the concept of sustainability is currently considered to be very important and actual.The main aim of the thesis is to evaluate the CSR in the company TNT Express focusing on the perception of the CSR concept, the motives for implementation of CSR and the effectiveness of the communication channels. There are described the current CSR activities of TNT Express in the Chapter 4. The thesis comprises two key parts. The Chapter 3 is dedicated to the theoretical basis. Especially the stakeholders theory, the three pillars of CSR, the arguments of proponents and opponents of the CSR approach, the CSR communication tools and a brief summary of the new conceptions of CSR are described in this part.The literature review is followed by the part of the research. The research is based on the study of secondary data and the other information comes from the interviews with both internal and external stakeholders.The research results are analyzed and summarized, the strengths and the weaknesses are revealed and new company strategy in the sphere of CSR is proposed with respect to the potential opportunities and threats.
Corporate Social Responsibility: cooperation between businesses and non-profit organizations

The objective of the thesis is to define key points of successful cooperation between businesses and non-profit organizations. The thesis is focused on Corporate Social Responsibility in terms of cooperation with a nonprofit sector. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the introduction into CSR topic, the introduction into non-profit organizations, types of cooperation, partnership of both sectors and criticism of CSR. The practical part of the thesis consists of a research, which is made by three research surveys. The first research survey uses the method of the secondary document analysis. Another two surveys are realized through semi-structured interviews. The interviews are taken with both sectors to deliver complex research results. Firstly with specialists from businesses and secondly with non-profit organizations specialists. Four key results come from the research and these significantly increase the success of mutual cooperation. These are accuracy prepared strategy, clear expectations on both sides, equal partnership and mutual respect of the expected standard.

This thesis is focused on employee training and development in the nonprofit organization Arcidiecézní charita Praha. The main goal of this thesis is to characterize and evaluate the current state of employee education focusing on social workers and workers in social services and propose appropriate recommendations which will lead to improvement of systematic employee education in the organization. The thesis is divided into two section. The first section will characterize the basics concepts such as teaching people, education and development of employees. It will define theoretical knowledge linked to business education and describe individual steps which are needed to accomplish systematic education of employees in the organization. The second section of the thesis is dedicated to the actual research in the organization. For the research were selected both qualitative and quantitative methods. The information in the first place were obtained by interview with methodologist of social services, then interview with the heads of individual departments and to be precise these information were completed by questionnaire survey among the employees themselves. Based on synthesis of information obtained from the interview and questionnaire survey were drawn conclusions about actual state of educational system and own suggestions and recommendations to increase the overall effectiveness of training in organization.
The use of direct marketing

This Bachelor thesis deals with the use of Direct Marketing for a purpose of the obtaining new and retain existing customers from THIMM Packaging Company and from their biggest competitors in the market. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first one, literature research, deals with the concept of direct marketing and its forms, advantages and disadvantages and with the importance of direct marketing in the B2B market. The second part, the thesis itself, focuses on characteristic of selected B2B Company and its used direct marketing tools. The thesis also discusses about analysis of direct marketing of competing companies. The analysis of competing companies is focused on main characteristics and direct marketing used by competitors. Based on the analysis and evaluation of current direct marketing of THIMM Packaging Company and also the direct marketing of competitors, there are suggested recommendations for THIMM Packaging Company in the area of direct marketing. The conclusion describes the process of own design of direct mailing campaign, carried out under the past packaging congress Obalko 2015. The evaluation of the direct mailing campaign follows up.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the motivation of motivation and stimulation of employees in the company. First part describes basic notions, which are important in relation to motivation. Next part introduces the most familiar theories, which deal with peoples´ motivation. The practical part builds on the theoretical knowledge and deals with the analysis of stimulation system in a selected firm. By using of questionnaire of research were found out problems and shortages in motivation of employees. After an evaluation of questionary examination, motivation factors were defined. Then you can find out suggestions of sollutions, which should encourage to improving of informations and of productivity in the company

The aim of the Bachelor Thesis is to assess the area of motivation and stimulation of employees of the public corporation Lesy CR, Forestry Commission in Karlovy Vary Region, and to suggest possible changes in the given area. The work consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is based on the study of professional literature as well as on mutual comparison, association and completion of outcomes from various sources dealing with the area of motivation and stimulations of workers within a company. The practical part presents a research of the chosen subject, and data were collected by means of a questionnaire for employees and an interview with a head worker. An analysis and assessment of the corporation regarding the area of motivation and stimulation were carried out on the basis of the data collected. The research demonstrated that the employees involved assessed the given area of interest in a positive way. The research findings lead us to the conclusion that there has already been a well-going system in the corporation, and it can take advantage of concrete suggestions and recommendations provided on the basis of results gained from the questionnaire inquiry.

The next aim of this thesis is find out which benefits are priority for employees and if superiors positive influence employees for a better output in the company.
