Nursing Care for Patient with Tuberculosis

Nursing Care for Patient with Tuberculosis Tuberculosis is a disease accompanying human beings since immemorial time. Its originally epidemic occurrence has changed into endemic one. Presented bachelor thesis is devoted to the issue of nursing care for patients with tuberculosis. Its objective is to outline the course of the illness as well as measures necessarily taken to avoid its further diffusion, and to describe principal nursing care for patients. The empirical part of the thesis is based on a sample survey focused on nurses' knowledge on tuberculosis and hygienic-epidemiological measures applied during prevalence of this disease. The level of knowledge in two respondents groups - nurses in pulmonary and infection departments and nurses working in other ones - are compared there.

Comparation of a consument loans on Czech market

Needs of people are still increasing and with that is evenly increasing need of financial possibilities. I chose this theme for my diploma because it is present topic and it is affecting all areas of Czech Republic. Goal of my bachelor's diploma "Comparison of consumer's loan on Czech market" was mainly analysis of situation at market of consumer's loan and comparison of non-purpose consumer's loans offered by financial institutions at Czech market. This goal led me to determination of which banks offers the most favorable loans. Theory part of my diploma is mainly focused on characterizing basic terms of this theme and categories of consumer's loans. Then the term of compound interest, types of compounds interests and their calculations of compound interests are according to formulas. Practical part of my diploma is occupied with analysis of current condition at financial institution market. For this work I chose 5 institutions offering loan services and then I chose products of those institutions based on the similarities of terms for granting and drawing loans. To accomplish the goal is important to know theoretical knowledge of consumer's loans and current state of drawings consumer's loans, that are offered by financial institutions to Czech people. A main criterion for the comparison of loans was rate of compound interest due to duration of repayment of consumer's loan. I decided to add multi-criteria comparison by method of order. It compared chosen consumer's loans according to rating criteria like APR, compound interest, high of repayments monthly, total number of repaid amount and fee for early repayments. In the end conclusion is shown as implementation of results. In what order those chosen financial institutions are placed and how favorable is any of those loans for consumer.

Keeping records about nursing care at medical department

The thesis is focused on the characteristics, purpose and principles of medical documentation. The theoretical part describes the partial activities of keeping records of the nursing process in practice. The practical part is divided into two chapters. The content of the first part is collection of informations about possibilities of keeping the documentation from 1976 to 2010. The second part deals with qualitative research in the form of ethnographic research. For the collection of data, was chosen the method of direct observation of the nurses from the department of neurology at the regional hospital. The attention was focused on measuring the time consuming of administrative tasks. The aim of the thesis was to find out the time-consuming task of keeping the documentation in the individual activities, what part of the working time is devoted to the administration. Evaluation of ecological education in Ecocentre Vlašim

The main topic of this thesis is the CUNC basic organization unit and Podblanické Ecocentre CUNC in Vlašim. The first part of the thesis presents the Czech Union for Nature Conservation (CUNC) followed by an overview of its Environmental Centres. The next section contains a summary of all the activities carried out by the CUNC basic organization unit and Podblanické Ecocentre CUNC in Vlašim from their establishment to the present and recapitulates the formation of these organisations themselves. The thesis also covers a characteristic of all the one-day as well as residential teaching programmes for secondary schools, technical schools and grammar schools carried out by the Ecocentre. The greatest emphasis is laid on four selected one-day teaching programmes, for which a research was conducted by using a questionnaire method. Its aim was to determine the influence on pupils and students of the educational programmes from secondary schools, technical schools and grammar schools.

Biological aktivity of secondary plants metabolites VI. Alkaloids of Vinca minor L.

1 ABSTRACT Kučerová J.: Biological activity of secondary plants metabolites VI. Alkaloids of Vinca minor L. Diploma thesis, Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové, Department of pharmaceutical botany and ecology, Hradec Králové 2016, 67 pages. Isolation of alkaloids was done from extract of Vinca minor, family Apocynaceae. Individual substances obtained were examined for their ability to inhibit human acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase. The basic extract was after an initial extraction with 95% ethanol pre-purified by extraction with chloroform. This chloroform extract was divided further by column chromatography on a total of 531 fractions. The fractions obtained were, based on the similarities identified by thin layer chromatography, interconnected in a final number of 17 fractions. The mobile phase for column chromatography were mixtures of chloroform and medical gasoline, chloroform and ethanol, and ethanol itself. For further testing were used fractions number 2 and 5. From the fraction 2 was by preparative thin layer chromatography and subsequent crystallization isolated substance number 1. The role of the mediation in pre-divorce and post-divorce care in the Czech Republic

The dissertation thesis "The role of mediation in pre-divorce and post-divorce care in the Czech Republic" is about identification possibilities that the mediation brings to families, husbands and wives, and partners with solving difficult life situations like a divorce or a break up between partners. After it describes the impact of these interpersonal conflicts. Theoretical base of this thesis is: family crisis theory, individualized society theory, theory of gender inequality, but for all concept of harmonizing working and family life and changes on labor market. Main source of information was qualitative research of mediation clients and interviews with experts. In my thesis I analyze causes and consequences of conflicts in a partner life and through mediation I suggest a solution of consequences in the incurred situation, which seems like desired in wide society context.

Legal regulation of advertising of medicinal products in the Czech Republic Abstract This thesis deals with the advertising of medicinal products for human use and its development and legislation. The introductory part is set the objectives of this thesis and the reasons for choosing this topic. The first chapter is devoted to advertising, its legislation, the definition of advertising, history of advertising and this chapter also highlights the institution supervising advertising. The second chapter is to set the legal regulation of advertising in the Czech Republic. Regulation can be divided into the regulation of advertising public and private, together are in this dividing developed individual laws regarding advertising and is not omitted non-legal regulation of advertising. Effective and Nominal Corporate Tax Rates

i Abstract The main objective of this thesis is to provide the reader a basic knowledge about the issue of effective and nominal corporate tax rates. The theoretical part is concerned with the different approaches to the effective tax rates and with the corresponding methods of their calculation. The main contribution of the thesis presents the empirical part, which tries to assess the real corporate tax burden of Czech companies. The data required for the computation were collected according to PX stock-index and we applied the methods of backward- looking micro approach. The obtained results were subjected to a thorough analysis. In fact, the companies taking part in the research pay on average the income tax 17,07% in the period 2008-2012, which is significantly lower than the nominal tax rate 19%. Although the current academic literature reports about steadily declining effective tax rates, it does not correspond to our results. The reason for this might be caused by the nature of micro method used, that reflects the sensitivity of the economic cycle's development. The observed period in the research coincides with the time of the world economic crisis, that may inflict an undesirable bias. Selected Plants of the Rose Family (Rosaceae) and their use within Teaching of Biology The main topic of this bachelor thesis are plants of the Rose Family (Rosaceae).The thesis is divided into several parts. Firstly the general characteristics of the family are introduced. At the following part there is analysis of textbooks for elementary and secondary schools in terms of representation of plants from Rose Family (Rosaceae), whose purpose was to determine what information the reader will learn about the family and its individual representatives from the textbooks mentioned. Plants, herbs and woody species which occur in the textbooks the most are further characterized in details. There is their description, information about expansion, application in medicine, there are stated some interesting points from history, but also explanation of their educational use in teaching. The work is complemented by suggestions for laboratory exercises and worksheets for pupils of elementary schools and students of secondary schools. Harmonization of work and family life in women in the managerial positions

This diploma thesis deals with thema of harmonization of family and working duties in women at managerial positions. Background is drawn from the area of psychology of work and organization in theoretical part and from personal experiences of manager women in empirical part. The thesis analyzes the meaning of work in nowdays society, its changes and raising work demands in each individual. Next there are underlined themes of woman in management and social expectations from woman. Used strategies in 7 women were investigated with hep of qualitative research with usage of semistructured interview in real conditions. The thesis draws conclusion that spousal support, supportive family background, a need of self-fulfillment at work, use of flexible working time arrangements and the use of modern technologies are crucial points. Discovered data were recorded and women feelings emerging from building their careers and gaining work success as well.
