Tracking of graduates of secondary vocational schools

Regular evaluation of graduates' satisfaction with the school and the quality of education provided is one of the important tools of quality management in education. Through regular and targeted tracing of former pupils, it is possible to detect mismatches between education and labour market requirements, but also to identify facts that can improve the quality of school education and provide valuable feedback to school management. The thesis on "Tracking of secondary school leavers" is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the definitions and basic concepts related to this topic. These include, for example, concepts such as pupil and graduate, the education system in the Czech Republic, school climate and the influence of school climate on pupil satisfaction or factors influencing the choice of school. The aim of the thesis is to find out how former pupils are satisfied with the school they graduated from, the quality of education they received, how they evaluate the contribution of the education they received to their further studies and professional career and to translate these findings into recommendations for school management. Analysis of high school graduates' motivation for pursuing higher education based on the type of high school.

This master¢s thesis addresses the issue of motivation among high school graduates to pursue higher education. The aim of the thesis is to analyze whether the level of motivation for higher education among graduates of vocational schools and gymnasiums differs. The objective is also to identify the factors influencing this motivation. Within our research investigation, we utilized quantitative methodology, where a questionnaire was used to determine whether graduates from different types of school exhibit varying levels of motivation. It is expected that the questionnaire survey, based on the Likert scale, will confirm our assumption. The results of our investigation can contribute to a better understanding of the decision-making process among high school graduates regarding their potential future studies and career choices. The impact of management training on subordinates' motivation for further training

This thesis examines the impact of managers' continuing education on their subordinates' motivation for continuing education. The aim of the thesis was to find out how employees are influenced by their supervisor's approach to continuing education and whether manager training has a positive effect on motivation for learning and development. The theoretical part is divided into three main chapters. First, it deals with an introduction to management, the role and tasks of the manager, approaches to leading people, or managerial competencies. The second part discusses manager education and a systematic approach to manager development, including possible barriers to learning. The third section deals with motivation, where the concepts of motivation and stimulation, the context of motivation and the hierarchy of needs are defined and strategies to motivate adults to learn are described. The practical part of the thesis analyses the educational offer within the selected organisation, which can be used regularly by managers and employees. Furthermore, structured interviews are conducted with six selected managers. Specifics of managing people in multi-location schools

1 ABSTRACT The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of delegation and internal communication in multi- site schools. It reflects current developments and upcoming changes in regional education system that result from strategic documents of the Czech Republic. Among other things, these changes include also management of schools that is pledged to receive systemic support. In this context, the merging of small schools into larger units is being considered, primarily for reasons of greater financial efficiency. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis explains the raison d'etre of multi-sites schools and presents the context of current developments. It also tackles explanation of key concepts of delegation and communication. In case of delegation, it describes its conditions and course. It describes the conditions and process of delegation, defines the concept of internal communication and describes its most common forms. The practical part analyses practices of selected school principals and describes their method of delegation and communication in a particular school. Development and education of employees of XYZ company in the context of talent management

The thesis focuses on the development and training of talented employees of XYZ company. Its aim is to create a practical tool for the advertising agency XYZ, which will facilitate the identification of talented workers, selection of suitable candidates for leadership positions, assessment of their key competencies and their training and development. In the first part of the thesis, the basic terms and theoretical background are defined based on the analysis of the literature. The individual chapters are devoted to talent and giftedness, the issues of talent management including different approaches and concepts, basic processes and current trends, as well as the use, creation and assessment of key competencies in the field of human resource management and the topic of employee development and training. The second part describes the actual qualitative research investigation conducted through semi- structured interviews with XYZ company employees and analysis of the provided documents. This thesis deals with making 3D model of turbocharger, with possibility of using in teaching. Model will be designed with an attention on details a demonstration of the function itself in program Solidworks, where were all parts and assembly made. The work includes research in the field of air filling of the combustion engines, comparing the differences between atmospheric filling and supercharging. Overall, this work will contribute to better understanding and demonstration of the possibilities of usage in modern combustion engines.
