Tato diplomová práce řeší problematiku motivace absolventů středních škol ke studiu na vysoké škole. Cílem práce je analyzovat, zda se míra motivace ke studiu na vysoké škole u absolventů středních odborných škol a gymnázií liší. Cílem je rovněž identifikace faktorů, které tuto motivaci ovlivňují. V rámci našeho výzkumného šetření bude využito kvantitativní metodologie, kdy prostřednictvím dotazníku bude zjišťováno, zda absolventi různých typů škol vykazují odlišnou míru motivace. Očekává se, že dotazníkové šetření, které je založeno na Likertově škále, náš předpoklad potvrdí. Výsledky našeho šetření mohou přispět k lepšímu porozumění rozhodovacího procesu absolventů středních škol při výběru vysoké školy nebo profese. The aim of the thesis is to analyze whether the level of motivation for higher education among graduates of vocational schools and gymnasiums differs. The objective is also to identify the factors influencing this motivation. Within our research investigation, we utilized quantitative methodology, where a questionnaire was used to determine whether graduates from different types of school exhibit varying levels of motivation. It is expected that the questionnaire survey, based on the Likert scale, will confirm our assumption. The results of our investigation can contribute to a better understanding of the decision-making process among high school graduates regarding their potential future studies and career choices.
