This bachelor thesis deals with the inovation of an e-commerce solution of the company STAVEBNÍ CENTRUM Group s.r.o., which deals in the sales and rentals of construction machines and products. Firstly this thesis introduces the theory behind e-commerce in general, secondly it analyzes the current e-commerce solution in the context of the whole company and lastly it describes the implementation of a new version of the e-commerce solution.

This Master’s thesis deals with creativity and motivation of employees in organization. In theoretical part are explained basic terms as creativity, innovation and organisational culture. In practical part is introduced the company and is accomplished questionnaire investigation for acquirement of important entries to creation of suggestions to increase of productivity. These suggestions are presented in the final part of the thesis.

Historical borders as a factor influencing socio-geographical differentiation - example of Czechia and Poland

Historical border is any national or administrative boundary that has disappeared in the past. These boundaries are often still visible in the landscape, e.g., physically in the form of boundary stones. However, sometimes these boundaries have an impact in the socio-economic environment, long decades and sometimes centuries after their function have ceased. They are a common phenomenon in Europe where boundary changes have been frequent, especially in Poland and Ukraine. The aim of this thesis is to measure the effect of historical borders on contemporary spatial differentiation of socio-economic phenomena using the example of Czechia and Poland, focusing on the border of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia in Czechia and the borders of European powers after the so-called third partition of Poland. It was examined on which sections of which types of borders the effect is most visible, on which types of spatial phenomena the historical borders have the greatest impact, and how the strength of the border effect and the spatial distribution of socio-economic phenomena have changed over the last 20 years. Travel behaviour of Czech football clubs' fans

In this paper we describe the travel behaviour of football fans based on a literature search and a questionnaire survey. The aim of this thesis is to describe what drives fans to visit football stadiums. We know that there are many fans of football clubs in the Czech Republic, but also that their behaviour is often very heterogeneous. Starting, for example, with the frequency of visits supporting their favourite club during home and away matches. We expect the support at the home stadium to be much higher. But more interesting for us will be mainly the outings of football fans. Whether to support their favourite team at away games in the Czech Republic or on long cross-border trips. It is not uncommon for an individual to support their club that is located a long distance from their home. We expect that large Prague clubs will have a fan base spread more widely across the country, while provincial clubs such as Viktoria Plzeň or Sigma Olomouc will have fans more concentrated in their region. Therefore, we want to find out the frequency of trips, what means of transport they choose, who they travel with, etc. But also how much time they spend in the city and whether they visit any sights or shops together with the match. Impact of railway on regional development of Lower Sázava region (with emphasis on commuting to work)

Vliv železnice na rozvoj Posázaví s důrazem na změny vyjížďky do zaměstnání Abstact These theses are written about public transport and regional development, about influences of transport infrastructure on regional and local developments, to be specific about influence of local railway. Main aim of this work is to evaluate changes in commuting to work between the years 1991 and 2001 in area of Posázaví. This area has a local railway route between Vrané nad Vltavou - Světlá nad Sázavou. First part of my work is dedicated to few chosen examples; how railway influenced and is still influencing development of regions. Influence of railway on the size of villages, localization and development of industries, changes in exploitation of terrain and also in what extend is railway used in present time. Second part is dedicated to more detailed analysis of changes in travelling into employment between the years 1991 and 2001, which means: amounts of commuters, changes in direction of travel, intensity of travel and usage of public transport into employment. Historical and geographical case studies on the development of the area and sites with road Prague - Brandýs nad Labem - Stará Boleslav

- The goal of this study is to have a look on the historic path as an important factor, which supports socioeconomic nature of certain activities at different times in the neighborhood, and see how these activities modify or chase in terms of contemporary circumstances and local geography. Thus, how this path affected areas near the surrounding landscape, which brings together over two sites in the pre-industrial period, during the industrial revolution and also at the time of transformation - the present time. In each of the three chapters, an attention devoted within a defined period of specific activity. In pre-industrial period, special attention was devoted to the contemporary conditions and capabilities of inns and wholesalers of agricultural output. For the period of the industrial revolution a location of the food industry was anticipated and in the chapter of the present time the aim was to bring urban sprawl in terms of monitored communities. During the task all available information obtained from the cited sources and interviews to create a comprehensive picture of the phenomenon observed in a given period and formulate a conclusion on the proposed hypothesis were compared. Beer tourism in the Liberec Region

The dissertation is one of a number of contributions to the research of a rather new form of tourism - beer tourism, or gastronomy tourism in a broader context. In the first part of the dissertation, the topic is grasped theoretically. Firstly, beer tourism is defined as one of the alternative forms of spending leisure time, and it is classified within tourism typology, alongside the better-known wine tourism. Tourists currently prefer the alternative forms, with an emphasis on, besides other things, tradition, authenticity and experience, which make up the values typical for participating in beer tourism. In spite of this form being at the start of its expansion in the Czech Republic, in the last few years, its dynamic has been immense, which is documented by plain statistics. In the past 3 years, almost half of the current 340 Czech breweries have been established. Further in the text, the product of beer tourism is defined and its typology is created, by which the supply side of tourism on the level of the Czech Republic as well as the Liberec region is later analysed. Sweden and European Integration in the Field of Security

The thesis "Sweden and European Integration in the Field of Security" deals with the Swedish role in the military dimension of the EU"s Common Security Policy. The thesis applies the concept of "Integration Dilemma" that forms the basis of the theory of national integration policy formulated by Nikolaj Petersen. The thesis draws on Petersen"s premise that all states involved in integration sooner or later experience an integration dilemma constituted by difficult choices between preserving autonomy and exercising influence on other participants. According to Petersen the salience of the integration dilemma differs among states depending on their influence capability, stress sensitivity and degree of identification with ideological sources of integration. Petersen argues that to handle the dilemma, national governments will most likely use adaptive strategies typical for the "balancing policy" mode. Petersen also predicts that countries characterised by high stress sensitivity, limited influence capability and aloofness from the ethos of European integration will perceive the dilemma as highly salient. The importance of symbols for national identity formation in Scotland

The Importance of Symbols for National Identity Formation in Scotland This diploma thesis deals with the importance of symbols for national identity formation in contemporary Scotland. Selected phenomena are explored from two points of view: the first one analyzes the symbols reproduced "from above" by the official tourist agency and political representation and occurence of these symbols in public space. The second examines the subjective perception of Scottish national identity and its symbols. A combination of mostly qualitative research methods has been used in the study, the analysis of virtual data (Hendl 2016) was complemented by findings from a field survey in Scotland, which included e.g. monitoring of the data concerning the occurence of Scottish national symbols in the public space, and 10 standardized open interviews with residents of Edinburgh and Glasgow. The symbols presented by the tourist agency are predominantly ethno-historical, such as tartan, thisle or traditional Scottish music, whereas the political representation of Scottish national identity is dominated by the symbolism of a fair, just and pacifist community and a clear definition of the Scottish national identity towards the English one.
