The first part presents theoretical framework important for the main research. This part contains literature review and research dedicated to the SCRUM methodology and innovation process. The second part of the thesis deals with mapping of the SCRUM methodology to Hladik's innovation process. This part also contains own design of the innovation management process. The third part of the thesis is dedicated to the case study. The case study uses described innovation management process for verification of the hypothesis saying that is possible to use SCRUM methodology in the innovation process. The author's contribution lies in creation of a framework which provides agile alternative to the classical innovation management models.
Virtual laboratory for Business Intelligence solution developments
Stríž, Oliver ; Pavlíčková, Jarmila (advisor) ; Reken, Jaroslav (referee)
Theoretical part of my diploma thesis discusses virtualization. In virtualization is mentioned history of virtualization and best practices. Except acquaintance with the company Joyful Craftsmen, the reader is getting familiar with the given problem, which resulted from the analysis of cooperation with overseas customers. The given problem is core for practical part of diploma thesis. I created virtual laboratory for the development of Business Intelligence solutions with virtualization platform Hyper-V. This virtual laboratory is solution for the given problem. In the diploma thesis, the reader can read about what tools are installed and configured on individual virtual machines. In the thesis are mentioned problems and problem solving that I encountered while configuration various tools. The final solution I tested according to test defined in acceptance criteria.

Tasks Board Optical Recognition
Sznapka, Jakub ; Trchalík, Roman (referee) ; Kreslíková, Jitka (advisor)
The master's thesis deals with the optical recognition of the tasks board in the agile environment. Based on theoretical knowledge about the agile project management, the concept of the task board is introduced. Possible representations of this agile tool are discussed, as well as their advantages and disadvantages. In connection with the optical recognition of the objects, follows the theoretical part dealing with barcodes, their structure and methods of detection and decoding. Based on these facts, the application design is reflecting all the needs specified by the company Siemens CT DC which is the contracting authority of the project. Implemented solution used for synchronization between the physical and virtual task board is able to detect the task cards with reliability about 95 % and allows the full synchronization of the task board during the four cycles. Deployment in the software development team and using the fully automated mode brings approximately five times quicker synchronization than it was before. In a case of semi-automated mode, it is about three times faster than before.
Model-View-ViewModel design pattern in WPF applications
Švikruha, Patrik ; Zeman, Kryštof (referee) ; Lattenberg, Ivo (advisor)
The thesis deals with the explanation of the proposal application according to multi-layered presentation models which describe the distribution of the application layers thereby its facilitating, testability, sustainability and transferability. In this work i focus myself on presentating model for Model-View-ViewModel which is primary designated for WPF application. This presentating model is possible to be built by frameworks used as NuGet open-source package managers or Project templates. In this thesis I focus on framework Catel, which can be used thanks to it´s robustness through all layers of application. The primary output of this thesis is a real application, on which I demonstrate design template with the intagration of framework Catel. I tried to describe whole theory and following process as easy as possible, that even an reader, who has no experiences with designing a multilayer application, could understand it.
