The thesis is focused on the suggestion of implementation of the prospectus, which leads towards the harmonization between work and family life of employees of research organization. The second area deal with European Union financial resources issue aim at research organization, or if you like it deal with Structural funds issue, that gives financial support to our implementation. Results of the thesis are further on check up in the real project that runs also in the time the thesis is drawn up.
How social work has affected the lives of social workers.

79 Abstract This diploma thesis explores the effects of social work on a social worker. The goal of this thesis is to describe the effects regarding the worker's life and experience in depth. The theoretical part of this paper is compiled of four parts. The introductory part explicates the definition of social work and the characteristics of a social worker. The following chapter deals with the role as well as the responsibilities of a social worker in their professional life; in addition, some potential risks a social worker may experience in their line of work are presented. Next, the private life of a social worker is explored in connection with their profession. Finally, work-life balance and psychohygiene are delved into as preventative measures, which should be implemented at, as well as outside of work. The practical part of this paper is qualitative research, specifically, a semi-structured interview; in other words, an interview composed of open-ended questions was conducted with several social workers from a reception centre. The resulted data was analysed through coding techniques and delineated according to the theory explored in the first part of this paper. Development and transformation of Czechoslovak and Czech television in 1980s and 1990s

The aim of the thesis is to describe, through the oral history method, the development and certain changes of the Czechoslovak and later Czech television in the 1980s and 1990s as observed by ordinary employees of this institution. The work focuses on the everyday lives of technical and administrative workers and it is delimited by the years 1980 and 1998 which was the year the tenure of Ivo Mathé, the first general manager of CT, ended. The main subjects of interest are the basic work conditions such as salaries, working hours and employee care arising from the collective bargaining agreement. Furthermore, the work deals with the workplace atmosphere and relationships, and loyalty of the employees towards the institution. Apart from the description of the respective topics the work aims to cover the changes of everydayness in connection with the So-called transformation of the society, or compare the 1980s with the time following the November of 1989.

Part-time jobs

This thesis addresses the problematic of part-time jobs in condition of Czech Republic. Goal of this thesis was to analyze part-time jobs as the flexibility tool of labor market on one side and as a tool for reconciliation between family life and work life on the other side. In this thesis are described individual possibilities of part-time jobs utilization in the terms of labor law of Czech Republic. Three companies, which are working in different branches, are compared based on questionnaire survey. Results of questionnaire survey found out, that the divergence and a nature of a working position differs the analyzed companies in possibilities of applying part-time jobs on individual working positions. Theoretical manual was made for utilization part-time jobs to reconciliation and harmonization between work life and family life in Czech Republic.
Harmonization of Work and Personal Life

The aim of this diploma thesis is to summarize theoretical knowledge and subsequent implementation of empirical research on the topic of Harmonization of Work and Personal Life. Based on the theoretical findings which are listed in the first part working hypotheses, approaches used in research methodology and tools selected for data collection were established. The research was conducted through a questionnaire survey and interviews. It focuses on the allocation of priorities, perceptions of free time compared to working time, opinions on discrimination in the labor market and specific experience with this topic. In the practical part the results of the research are introduced. Subsequently, based on this research, the hypotheses are verified in the conclusion with suggestion of possible solutions to presented problems.
Reconciliation of work and personal life

This thesis deals with the level of work life and personal life balance in Czechia. The theoretical part describes the historical context, the situation in society, in the labor market and in households. As well as complications that make it difficult for workers to reconcile work and private life and the options that they have to improve their situation. The practical part describes how employees of a particular company deal with harmonizing their work and personal lives in the form of both quantitative and qualitative research.

In June survey CVVM asked respondents what aspects of work life are important for them and what aspects are unimportant. Economically active respondents also evaluated how these aspects concern their current job.
