In the result practical part creates an effective motivation program with a goal of increasing work efficiency of employees.

The theoretical part summarizes concepts and knowledge related to remuneration of employees and the concept of total reward. The analytical part focuses on detailed description of current state of the company and defined issue. The last part includes proposals for changes in the remuneration system focusing on balancing this system of selected company according to the concept of total reward.

The bachelor thesis is divided into three parts. The first part contains theoretical background. The second part contains a detailed internal and external analysis of the subject and the third part contains own proposals to improve the functioning of the remuneration system in the subject.

The bachelor thesis is generally focused on the employee remuneration system, focusing on transactional rewards. The thesis is structured in three parts. The theoretical part defines the concepts related to transactional rewards as part of the employee remuneration system. The second part of the thesis is analytical. In this part of the thesis, the internal and external influences that affect the remuneration system of the selected branch are analysed, and the remuneration system of the selected branch itself is analysed, with an emphasis on transactional rewards. The output of the analytical part of the thesis is a list of possible shortcomings in the remuneration system. The third part of the thesis then focuses on the development of specific proposals for solutions to eliminate the identified problems.
