Bakalářská práce je obecně zaměřena na systém odměňování zaměstnanců, se zaměřením na transakční odměny. Práce je strukturována do tří částí. V první teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy související s transakčními odměnami jako součástí systému odměňování zaměstnanců. Druhá část práce je analytická. V této části práce jsou provedeny analýzy vnitřních i vnějších vlivů, které působí na systém odměňování zaměstnanců vybrané pobočky, a zároveň je provedena analýza samotného systému odměňování vybrané pobočky, s důrazem na transakční odměny. Výstupem analytické části práce je seznam eventuálních nedostatků v daném systému odměňování. Třetí část práce se pak zaměřuje na vypracování konkrétních návrhů řešení pro odstranění nalezených problémů. The bachelor thesis is generally focused on the employee remuneration system, focusing on transactional rewards. The thesis is structured in three parts. The theoretical part defines the concepts related to transactional rewards as part of the employee remuneration system. The second part of the thesis is analytical. In this part of the thesis, the internal and external influences that affect the remuneration system of the selected branch are analysed, and the remuneration system of the selected branch itself is analysed, with an emphasis on transactional rewards. The output of the analytical part of the thesis is a list of possible shortcomings in the remuneration system. The third part of the thesis then focuses on the development of specific proposals for solutions to eliminate the identified problems.
