A Critical Comparison of Ownership Housing and Rental

This bachelor thesis focuses on questions of home financing in The Slovak republic. A closer look is taken at the current situation in housing ground, real estate market and possible ways of home financing in Slovakia. Consequently, theoretical knowledge has been expressed in the model example, in the practical part of thesis. Simultaneously, the thesis contains a question of financing as well as decision making about the most suitable form of housing, namely, whether to prefer home ownership to rental. The consideration taken in decision-making will focus on individual human needs together with the financial situation.

The commercial real estate market is constantly changing and some developments can be observed in our approach to it. Like every other market, this market is also dependent on the existence of supply and demand. The diploma thesis "Analysis of the Real Estate Market with Catering Facilities in Olomouc" deals, as the name suggests, with the analysis of the real estate market with catering facilities in the statutory and university city of Olomouc. It solves especially the survey and analysis of the market with a focus on the sale and rental of catering facilities (such as restaurants, bars, pubs, cafes, etc.). Further, based on the analysis of this segment of the real estate market, this thesis determines the factors which influence market prices and market rents and it describes the way of their influence.

Analysis of the Real Estate Market in Restaurant Premises in Hradec Králové

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the real estate market with restaurant premises in Hradec Kralove. The aim is to determine the factors influence the market price or market rent of this segment of the real estate market. The theoretical part defines basic terms related to the topic of the thesis. The practical part of the thesis consists of two parts. The first part was done a survey, which took place between the operators of restaurant premises. The second part compares and evaluates database sales and rentals of restaurant premises in Hradec Kralove.

This diploma thesis deals with the comparison of the real estate market in Brno and Košice with a focus on the sales and rental of residential real estate. The diploma thesis describes the fundamental microeconomic principles, the real estate market and its specifics. In the practical part of the work are analysed selected representative localities from both cities. For the purpose of comparison, market segmentation, a database of advertised properties and subsequent analysis of pricing factors, supply and demand are developed.

Factors Affecting the Market Rent Rates for Agricultural Land in Selected Locations in the South Moravian Region

The aim of the diploma thesis is to determine the factors that influence the amount of market rent in selected localities of the South Moravian Region, such as Vyškov, Ivanovice na Hané and Rousínov and their surroundings. The diploma thesis describes individual cadastral areas of selected localities. To reach the target, five agricultural companies were contacted, which manage the leased or rented agricultural land in the cadastral areas of these locations. According to information from these agricultural companies, the individual impacts on market rentals in these selected locations are examined.
