Proposal for Transformation of the Concept of Lifelong Learning at Brno University of Technology for Companies in the South Moravian Region

In response to the changing educational needs of practice, it is essential to adapt the range of educational courses offered to reflect these needs. The thesis focuses on the collection, analysis and research of data in order to identify the key needs and trends of employee training in companies in the South Moravian Region. The findings will then be used to identify and propose options for thematic focus and types of educational courses to reflect the requirements of practice. The main impulse for expanding the range of courses is one of the goals of the VUT strategic plan to create a concept of lifelong learning.
Development and education of employees of XYZ company in the context of talent management

The thesis focuses on the development and training of talented employees of XYZ company. Its aim is to create a practical tool for the advertising agency XYZ, which will facilitate the identification of talented workers, selection of suitable candidates for leadership positions, assessment of their key competencies and their training and development. In the first part of the thesis, the basic terms and theoretical background are defined based on the analysis of the literature. The individual chapters are devoted to talent and giftedness, the issues of talent management including different approaches and concepts, basic processes and current trends, as well as the use, creation and assessment of key competencies in the field of human resource management and the topic of employee development and training. The second part describes the actual qualitative research investigation conducted through semi- structured interviews with XYZ company employees and analysis of the provided documents. This thesis examines the possibility to implement e­learning in the educational process at HOPE – E. S. , v.o.s. The thesis compared the competitive opportunities of LMS systems, and selected one particular solution. The chosen solution is further specified, including the possible implementation and description of the environment. The last part is a proposed structure of the courses and supplementary materials for ongoing full-time courses.

The thesis contains theoretical background of the issue of recruitment, selection and training of new employees. An analysis of internal documents is performed, followed by individual interviews with persons involved in the process of selecting and training new employees. Based on this analysis of the current situation, are designed proposed to improve the whole process of selecting and training employees for the selected company.

Křížek, M. Utilisation of public resources for financing employee education by business entities. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2023. This bachelor thesis focuses on the utilisation of public resources for financing employee education by business entities. The objective of the thesis is to iden-tify significant aspects of the issue of employee education in relation to the possibility of using grant resources for financing the respective educational process in a selected domestic company. The study employs a quantitative approach. The main findings of the study indicate that the costs of employee education include both explicit and implicit costs, and through sensitivity analysis, it was determined how cash-flow changes with the alteration of individual variables. The study contributes to a deeper understanding of the relationships between employee education, grant financing, and overall company efficiency, which can be useful for further research and practice in the field of human resources management.
Analysis of the education system in the organization

The subject of this work will be to describe and evaluate the current education system in the selected organization and analyze the educational needs of employees, their motivation and barriers for further education. The work will be divided into two parts. It is the theoretical part and the empirical part. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts associated with personnel management, tasks and strategies of human resources management and the importance of education for organization. It will also focus on the motivation of employees for further education and barriers that prevent employees from education. The issue of objectives and philosophy of education, education system, education process and methods of education will be addressed. The text will draw on domestic and foreign literature. The next chapter will analyze the system of education of employees in a selected organization that will rely on the case study and subsequently the interpretation of the obtained data. Employee Development and Training System in the Banking Sector in the Context of Covid-19 Pandemic

The bachelor thesis focuses on the system of employee development and training in the banking sector. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the system of employee development and training in the banking sector with regards to the impact of the measures and restrictions of the Covid-19 pandemic and to propose changes to improve the current situation. At first the work describes employee training in the banking sector of the Czech Republic and its importance. It examines the process of systematic training of employees for effective perfor-mance of job duties as well as the procedures for planning and implementing training events. Afterwards the work presents the results of a questionnaire survey conducted in two Czech banks and compares the current situation. In conclusion, based on the results of the survey, specific recommendations for improving the system of employee training and development are proposed.
Use of coaching as an educational method in business organizations

Considering the frequent and fast changes, technology development, new processes and globalization, education becomes more and more important. It impacts not only individuals but also organizations that need to have high quality employees who will be able to react to the changes and adapt to new conditions. To ensure process effectiveness, it is necessary to select appropriate educational methods when educating employees. This thesis deals with coaching, and its aim is to evaluate the possibility of using coaching as an educational method in business organization. In the theoretical part, the comparative and content-analysis methods were used and in the empirical part the data were collected through questionnaire and semi-structured and unstructured interviews. Research was executed among employees of business organizations, human resources personnel and managers who had experience with coaching. It was supplemented by an interview with a professional coach who provides coaching in organizations. The goal of the survey was to identify benefits of coaching for employee education and to detect its potential constraints.
