Design and virtual commissioning of an educational robotic cell

This master's thesis discusses the creation of a virtual commissioning of a machine vision demonstration program in an educational robot cell. The first section of this thesis deals with the theory in robotics, virtual commissioning and machine vision. Systemic analysis of the problem was addressed in the second section. The third section cotains the design of the cell. The fourth section describes the design of some individual parts of the cell, the process of creating the program and virtual commissioning itself.
Virtual twin of FANC robot cell

This bachelor’s thesis deals with design jaws for gripper from SCHUNK, jaws were made for four given models. Created simulation shifts model from one side to another in virtual twin od FANUC cell. Procedure, which was followed to create program for robot is described here.

The aim of an bachelor's thesis is a design and implementation of a control program for a robotic cell. The introduction describes an area of robotic handling workplaces and a division of the area topic. The next chapter deals with Omron compny and its products, especially automation control devices. The next part presents a Fanuc company and its products, especially industrial robots. The following chapter deals with the purpose and design of the robotic workcell and also with a description of system integration. The topic of a last part of the work is the design of control programs for Omron PLC and Fanuc industrial robot. Follows a visualization proposal for an Omron HMI screen. The last part is devoted to testing the designed solution with a simulation of robot with subsequent implementation and testing of the solution on a real robotic workcell.
