Cílem bakalářské práce je návrh a implementace řídicího programu pro robotickou buňku. V úvodu je popsána problematika manipulačních pracovišť a rozdělení dané oblasti. Další kapitola se věnuje společnosti Omron a jejímu sortimentu se zaměřením na řídicí prostředky v automatizaci. Následující část popisuje společnost Fanuc a její sortiment s důrazem na průmyslové roboty. Další kapitola se zabývá popisem účelu a návrhem konstrukce robotické buňky včetně systémové integrace. Závěrečná část práce se zabývá návrhem řídicích programů pro PLC Omron a průmyslového robota Fanuc. Navazuje tvorba vizualizace aplikace pro HMI obrazovku Omron. Poslední část je věnována ověření navrženého řešení pomocí simulace robotu, implementaci řešení do reálné robotické buňky a ověření jako funkčnosti. The aim of an bachelor's thesis is a design and implementation of a control program for a robotic cell. The introduction describes an area of robotic handling workplaces and a division of the area topic. The next chapter deals with Omron compny and its products, especially automation control devices. The next part presents a Fanuc company and its products, especially industrial robots. The following chapter deals with the purpose and design of the robotic workcell and also with a description of system integration. The topic of a last part of the work is the design of control programs for Omron PLC and Fanuc industrial robot. Follows a visualization proposal for an Omron HMI screen. The last part is devoted to testing the designed solution with a simulation of robot with subsequent implementation and testing of the solution on a real robotic workcell.
