Factors influencing purchase behavior in relation to automobile purchase

| 1 Abstract The aim of the thesis is the contentual and procedural analysis of customers purchase behavior. Both analyses point out several internal and external factors, which play their role in customer's decision making process. The result of this process is or is not the purchase of the product. The combined research enables to identify the factors and determine their importance. In the qualitative research part parameters of the research are set based on semi-structured interviews. The parameters are then quantitatively measured according to their importance, after that they are analysed by means of factor analysis and via comparison the statistically important differences in decision making process among several target groups. Considering also the external factors influencing the sales process the perception of the same parameters by salesmen is researched as well, because they are a part of the customers decision making process and whose expectations also actively affect the process. The discovered factors were then compared with the Maslow's hierarchy of needs. From the other results of the research the conclusion was drawn that there do exist statistically important gender differences, differences between perception of the customers needs among various owners of sales points and among salesmen....

This masters´s thesis deals with the marketing research and customer satisfaction analysis, which have been focused specifically Albert supermarket, located in Masarykově Square in Jihlava. The first part of this work summarizes the theoretical knowledge, such as the processes of marketing research, purchasing behavior and how to measure customer satisfaction. The second part is the practical part of the study, which examines the assessment of information obtained through the research, as well as recommendations. These should enhance the satisfaction levels of the existing and future customers and further improve the competitiveness of this business operation in its market sector.
Analysis of Customer´s Buying Behaviour

Bachelor thesis deals with analysis of customers behavior while buying smoked meat in a supermarket Albert and specialized shop Procházka. Thesis researches factors, which influence a consumer while shopping, we can find here importance - satisfaction matrix too. The results are supported by informations of conducted research, which was taken in both places by questionnaire. After assessment results are formulated draft recommendations as for the supermarket, so for the specialized shop. The first part contains theoretical sollutions to work. In the second part of the survey will process and analyze the data. In the last part I will suggest own solutions.

The thesis explores in detail the impact of changes in the rates of the value added tax on the purchase volume of grocery products that are typical of household consumption. The thesis not only focuses on purchase behaviour concerning the changes in the rates of the value added tax, but it also recommends how to use that knowledge in price formation and building of company’s competitive advance.
Critical Analysis of Consumer Demand with Regard to Economic Development in the Czech Republic

Master´s thesis deals with problems of consumer behaviour in the Czech republic. Theoretical part of thesis defines basic concepts and data, which relate to consumer demand and information necessary to understand the analysis part. The following part deals with critical analysis of consumer basket and spending costs of households in different commodities. Analytic part is also aimed at economic development and according to it we can deduce reactions of households and related consumer behaviour. At the end the thesis is completed by suggestions to reduce excess spending expenditures, which are recommendation for citizens of the Czech republic.

This dissertation engages in the development of proposals for the improvement of retail networks. The goal is to propose changes in the strategy of regional retail networks, which should lead to an increase in its competitiveness. The proposed changes are based primarily on observations of selected stores, as the accuracy and functionality of internal processes can only be inspected in the retail units, which creates value for customers.
Význam udržitelnosti v oděvním průmyslu

The bachelor thesis deals with the importance of sustainability in the clothing in-dustry from the point of view of companies and consumers. The issue of the cloth-ing industry is still a current topic in our society, it is necessary to look for more sustainable principles and procedures, as well as innovations that can help to solve these problems. To fulfil the goal, qualitative research was conducted in the form of semi-structured interviews (n = 8 for companies, n = 13 for consumers), also available secondary data were explored. The obtained data were assessed with use of content analysis and conclusions were drawn. Among the main recommen-dations is that companies devote themselves to educating their customers, as a lack of information has a significant negative impact on consumer behavior.

Lucie Veselá, Ph.D. Social networks are part of almost every teenager's life. This paper is con-cerned with finding the impact of social networking on the consumer behaviour of Generation Z. It also investigates the attitudes of Generation Z towards the fear of missing out (FoMO) phenomenon. The subject of the research was Generation Z's behaviour on social networks, their shopping behaviour, motivation and discour-agement to buy, and last but not least their awareness of the fear of missing out. From the findings, recommendations were made that should help businesses in developing a marketing strategy that is effective in reaching out to Generation Z. These recommendations also include incorporating elements of FoMO.
