This bachelor work deals with analyze the number of clients in the Czech Saving Bank. In the theoretical parts are defined statistical methods needed for individual calculations and basic concept of banking. The practical part is dedicated to the analysis of the actual develompent of clients for the past period in comparison with competitors and the prediction of future develompent.

Comparison of Banking Point of Sale and Branches in Volksbank CZ

Thesis is concerned with a comparison of the classic branches of Volksbank and of the new sales points located in shopping centres - so called Volksbank Shops. The thesis compares the sales points, their employees and offered products. The productivity of the sales points is compared using the number of clients, accounts, and loans. In this way the creditworthiness of clients is compared. The conclusion of the thesis contains improvements suggestions for the bank and for its clients.

SDL model for Source Specific Multicast

This work deals with questions of IP net communication, with using metod Source-Specific Multicast. It focused on questions of registration, unregistration and administration of clients in multicast group and IGMP protocol, which is made for this communication. Work deals also about problems of signalization between source of data and clients of multicast group.In the introduction of this work questions of communications in multicast are analyse. I tis followed by the chapter focused on the specific metod of multicast – Source Specific Multicast (SSM). Next chapter is based on the protocols in SSM, which are used for distribution of data stream in source to clients direction and also in the reverse direction. The net chapter deals with signalization of communication in SSM. It specializes for reflection and summarization metods, which are used here. This chapter also shows basic matematics formules for sending signalization packets and proposes other solutions and ways for simplify communication and minimalize delay, which is for signallization very important. After that, the work deals with differences between these two metods of signalization. The aplicationis builded in practical part of work from the knowlidge of theory from previous chapters and it simulates the real communication between data source and clients situated to multicast group. This communication is explained in MSC diagrams. The aplication also simulates both used metods of signalization and real count of cients in multicast group. The results of simulation are interpreted in the last part of work.
Preventing Terminal Hospitalization in Nursing Home for Older Adults

This dissertation deals with the topic of terminal hospitalizations of residents of nursing homes for older adults and was written within the framework of the doctoral study of Social Work at the Faculty of Humanities, Charles University. The aim of the thesis is to understand the factors that lead to terminal hospitalization of residents of nursing homes for older adults. The research design is mainly descriptive in nature and exploratory to a lesser extent. The thesis consists of peer-reviewed articles, three of which have been published in peer- reviewed journals, and a fourth is currently under review. The first article is a directed documentary analysis. It focuses on analyses of a public policy document for older adults, tracking how elements of palliative or end-of-life care are emerging in those documents in the 13 most rapidly aging populations. It provides insight into the system in which terminal hospitalizations are happening. The next two articles focus on terminal hospitalizations of nursing home residents. The second study is qualitative; the article summarizes the findings of an analysis of 27 semi-structured interviews conducted with general nurses, social workers in nursing homes and general practitioners who had their patients in nursing homes. Organizational culture in charitable organisation on the example of the ČCE Diakonia Rolnička center in Soběslav

The thesis deals with the oranizational culture of Diakonia's Rolnička centre. The first part of the BA thesis is devoted to the theory of organizational culture. It demarcates the very notion of organizational culture, its history, types, and forms. The thesis then moves on to address Diakonia, its development, forms, and culture. Special attention is paid to the Rolnička centre, one of the parts of Diakonia, its history and the services offered. The research part of the thesis focuses on an analysis of the organizational culture of the Rolnička centre. A fair part of the research investigates whether the written language of the organizational culture corresponds to the way in which they are understood and put into practice. The final part of the thesis is devoted to the analysis of the data provided by the research part.
The Future of Leisure Time Centres in Decin

This Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of extracurricular education in Decin. The goal of the thesis is to analyse the offer ot extracurricular activities in leisrue time centres and basic schools. The partial goal of the thesis is to find out whether the conditions for providing extracurricular education in leisure time centres and basic schools can influence the future of leisure time centres. The theoretical part is based on literature, laws, regulations and other available resources. The research part deals with the Offer and the conditions for the implementation of leisure assets. The population of respondents among children and parents. Selected sample comes from a group of people participating in pet education for children and youth in educational institutions in Decin. Contribution of this thesis is to understand what influences the choice of leisure activities. How important the strategic planning is and the use of SWOT analysis in working on the planning. Reminding the importance of marketing activities to promote leisure time centres.
Practical Music Therapy: Music Activities in Pre-School Special Education

Author's précis This work deals with the use of music therapy in special pre-school education. It focuses on the structure and progression of the activities carried out during the music therapy sessions in special kindergarten Štíbrova. The aim of the thesis is to introduce the purposes and charakteristics of the therapy for this kind of clients and to test the influence and difficulty levels of the activities. The basic methods are experiment and observation. In spite of the fact that the influence on the clients is hard to evaluate, it can be said that the basic objectives have been fulfilled. The difficulty was set on the level possible to manage for all the clients. The benefit of the work is the exact and comprehensible description of a usable structure of music therapy session for children from special pre-school facilities. On the grounds of experience, it defines advantages and disadvantages of the tested activities. The theses can become a source of inspiration for lecturers and teachers in pre- school special education and explain the basic issues to readers without any knowledge from the field. The activities could also be applicable in the common kindergartens.
