Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou počtu klientů v České spořitelně. V teoretické části jsou definovány statistické metody, potřebné k jednotlivým výpočtům a základní pojmy v oblasti bankovnictví. Praktická část je poté věnována samotné analýze vývoje počtu klientů za uplynulé období v porovnání s konkurencí a následné predikci budoucího vývoje. This bachelor work deals with analyze the number of clients in the Czech Saving Bank. In the theoretical parts are defined statistical methods needed for individual calculations and basic concept of banking. The practical part is dedicated to the analysis of the actual develompent of clients for the past period in comparison with competitors and the prediction of future develompent.
