Automatic hydroponic microfarm for plant cultivation
Takács, Peter ; Janoušek, Jiří (referee) ; Szabó, Zoltán (advisor)
This thesis deals with the implementation of hardware and software design for an existing hydroponic micro-farm. The thesis includes a literature and internet search focused on automated plant cultivation. A description of different types of soilless cultivation systems is given in the thesis. General plant requirements are addressed and these requirements are thoroughly discussed. Instrumentation using specific components is also described in the thesis. The system integrates a control unit, heating and aeration controls for the nutrient solution, adjustable lighting, and sensors for pH, EC, and adjustable water and ambient temperature. In addition, the advantages and disadvantages of two selected microprocessor units are discussed. Further, the operation of the microcontroller that controls the individual components is also described in the thesis. This thesis briefly describes the general circuitry of each component and includes circuit diagrams and the schematic of a printed circuit board. This thesis describes the program of the firmware and the functions of the web interface used to interact with the system. Additionally, it features remote control and monitoring capabilities via a web interface, with email alerts for external intervention needs. This thesis also includes the implementation of the electronics in terms of assembly and calibration.
Design of low-cost control unit for DC/BLDC motors
Pospíchal, Tomáš ; Najman, Jan (referee) ; Rajchl, Matej (advisor)
This thesis deals with design and construction of motor driver, firmware for STM32H7 a software UI in Python. Motor driver has four total half bridges, from two H-bridge Smart Gate Drivers. Motor driver is designed for 100W DC/BLDC motors. Communication over USB 2.0 HS, using CANOpen protocol with IEC 61800-7 device profile. Motor driver could be used for lectures and demonstrates USB 2.0 HS capabilities of STM microcontroller.
Bridge on the I/11 road
Jedlička, Martin ; Pachl, Radek (referee) ; Panáček, Josef (advisor)
Aim of this thesis is to design a concrete road bridge over a Neborůvka stream and surrounding valley. This bridge is a part of I/11 road. Three preliminary designs with focus on girder bridge solution were made. As a most suitable variant was chosen two gilder beams variant. For this variant was made a static calculation concerning TDA. This design was made according EC. As a construction method was chosen classic construction with falsework. Design was made in Midas Civil and Dlubal RFEM calculation software. As a next step a drawing documentation was made as well as construction time plan and bridge visualization.
Automatic control of aeroponic system
Šimek, Martin ; Jirgl, Miroslav (referee) ; Arm, Jakub (advisor)
This thesis is focused on aeroponic system problems and automation. One of the main features of the system is automatic regulation of pH and EC of the nutrient solution which will be achieved by dispensing fertilizers and acids/alcalis with peristaltic pumps. Growing area of the system will feature automatic regulation of temperature and humidity. Regulation of temperature will be provided by heating element which is controlled by embedded system. Regulation of humidity will be provided by ultrasonic fogger. The aim of this thesis is to build a functioning model of aeroponic system which will be able to sustain ideal growing conditions with minimal human interference.
Methodology and processing of unknown BLDC motor measurement
Holoubek, David ; Houška, Pavel (referee) ; Singule, Vladislav (advisor)
This thesis focuses on methodology and measurement of BLDC motors. The first section provides a division of electric motors, their construction and principles of operation. The second part describes an overview of BLDC motors, use in applications and list of selected motors from the Maxon Motor AG company. At the end is methodology and implementation of measurement of BLDC motor BOYANG BY92BL48-4000-2200.
Modeling and simulation of EC motor vector control in Simulink environment
Hořava, Jan ; Szabó, István (referee) ; Toman, Jiří (advisor)
The main goal of my work is the electrically commutated motor with the vector control’s application in the environment of Matlab – Simulink. The theoretical preamble of this document is dedicated to the physical construction of the EC motors. The most common methods are described in the following text – namely it is scalar control, direct torque control and vector control. The conclusion of this work includes the description and analyse of the single parts of a created model of concrete EC motor with the vector control, and simulations results’ evaluation.
Electrolytes characterization based on mixtures of ionic liquids and aprotic solvents
Šašek, Martin ; Libich, Jiří (referee) ; Máca, Josef (advisor)
The thesis deals with liquid aprotic electrolytes based on mixtures of ionic liquid and solvent. EmimBF4, namely 1-ethyl-3-ethylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate, was used as the starting ionic liquid. A mixture of propylene carbonate, ethylene carbonate and dimethyl carbonate was used as solvents. Electrolytes were enriched with two electrolyte salts LiBF4 and NaBF4 from the resulting mixtures selected the most suitable electrolytes for Li-ion and Na-ion accumulators. Electrolytes were selected taking into account the required properties: the width of the potential window, the measured electrical conductivity and, last but not least, the safety.
Security mechanisms of OS Android utilizing the Kotlin language

Mutual Recognition of Qualifications within the European Union
Židlický, Martin ; Vondráčková, Aneta (advisor) ; Svobodová, Magdaléna (referee)
1 Abstract in English Mutual Recognition of Qualification within the European Union The thesis deals with the principle of mutual recognition of qualifications. This is one of the guiding principles concerning the free movement of persons and services. The text of the thesis is divided into three main chapters, which are further divided into subchapters depending on the partial question of the main topic of the chapter. A brief summary of the most important information is included at the end of the main chapters. The first part of the thesis deals with the historical basis for today's legal regulation of mutual recognition of qualifications. The concept of the principle of mutual recognition together with the sources of primary EU law is discussed. Subsequently, the secondary sources of EU law, the directive, which preceded the current form of legislation, are analysed. Finally, the content of the first part includes case law, which gave rise to the principle of mutual recognition and other decisions related to the topic of the thesis. The second part of the thesis is devoted to the current valid regulation of recognition of qualifications. The structure of Directive 2005/36 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the recognition of professional qualifications of 6 July 2005 is described in...
