Use of Data Mining in Company Processes
Měchura, Dalibor ; Kříž, Jiří (referee) ; Luhan, Jan (advisor)
This masters thesis focuses on data mining techniques and business intelligence analysis. In accordance with the analysis of the current situation in the company, a complementary solution to the problem is proposed and a view of the existing data is provided from a different perspective, namely using RapidMiner. The output of the thesis is thus concrete analytical outputs for decision support in the company.
A computer vision system for emotion recognition
Wójcik, Jan ; Bilík, Šimon (referee) ; Janáková, Ilona (advisor)
The term paper deals with the design of an emotion recognition system, which will be used as a communication tool for people with autism spectrum disorder. Camera data will be used for emotion recognition, so it will be a computer vision application. The work deals with areas such as face detection, extraction of relevant features, finding a suitable dataset or designing a classifier.
Behaviour-Based Identification of Network Devices
Adaptive Model for Simulation of Atmospheric Pollution
Pazúriková, Jana ; Šátek, Václav (referee) ; Dvořák, Radim (advisor)
Air pollution harms the environment and human welfare. Computer models and their simulation are useful tools for deeper understanding of processes behind as they quite accurately represent the dispersion and transformation of pollutants with advection diffusion equation or by other concepts. Current models give valid results only to constrained cases of initial conditions. The general model combining the several specific models which is able to change according to input parametres and improve with training is proposed. The adaptiveness of the system is provided by decision tree as data structure with information for selection and combination process and genetic algorithm as optimization method for adjusting the tree. The evaluation of implemented system proves that the combination of models gives better results than models themselves. Even with simple specific models, the system has achieved results comparable to state-of-art models of air pollution.
Data analysis from the manufacturing process
Krčmář, Martin ; Honzík, Petr (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
This thesis deals with the classification of production data using algorithms: neural networks, decision trees and naive bayesian classifier. The neural network is dedicated forward multilayer networks with a learning algorithm of backpropagation. In thesis, these algorithms are described and evaluated their pros and cons. Another part deals with the development of the program in C# for creating these algorithms. The last part is devoted to the evaluation of the results. Bachelor thesis contains a sample of generated clasification models decision tree and bayesian classifier.
Artificial Intelligence in Bang! Game
Kolář, Vít ; Lodrová, Dana (referee) ; Orság, Filip (advisor)
The goal of this master's thesis is to create an artificial intelligence for the Bang! game. There is a full description of the Bang! game, it's entire rules, player's using strategy principles and game analysis from UI point of view included. The thesis also resumes methods of the artificial intelligence and summarizes basic information about the domain of game theory. Next part describes way of the implementation in C++ language and it's proceeding with use of Bayes classification and decision trees based on expert systems. Last part represent analysis of altogether positive results and the conclusion with possible further extensions.
Comparison of Classification Methods
Dočekal, Martin ; Zendulka, Jaroslav (referee) ; Burgetová, Ivana (advisor)
This thesis deals with a comparison of classification methods. At first, these classification methods based on machine learning are described, then a classifier comparison system is designed and implemented. This thesis also describes some classification tasks and datasets on which the designed system will be tested. The evaluation of classification tasks is done according to standard metrics. In this thesis is presented design and implementation of a classifier that is based on the principle of evolutionary algorithms.
Analysis and Monitoring of Business Processes
Procházková, Martina ; Zámečníková, Eva (referee) ; Pospíšil, Milan (advisor)
This thesis includes study on Process Mining, Data Mining in general, classification and prediction methods, business process management and simulation. It also includes program made for creating simulation data and testing Process Mining methods.
Proposal for Implementation of the Decision Tree’s Method in Context with Investment Decisions
Krejčířová, Magda ; Batko,, Michal (referee) ; Zinecker, Marek (advisor)
This master's thesis concerns the use of the methodology of the decision tree in the investment decision making. The proposed decision model provides the best solution from the available options for the EXPECT-IT ltd. company. This thesis contains also a range of own proposals followed by their evaluation.
