The designed area is green wedge into the urban structure. The adjacent facades are therefore dealt with as a vegetation wall. Triangle square is covered with triangular tiles that are laid according to the "pinwheel tiling. The design counts with three new objects in the area. Two of them are used for housing and are connected by the elevated platform. The third building is conceived as an educational and enviromental consulting centre and children and youth centre.

Strategic management in the organizations of leisure activities education

The diploma thesis deals with the problems of strategic management in the organizations of leisure activities education. It is based on present theoretical knowledge from this field and also its application in organizations. Besides general facts, it presents system of steps necessary for their application of effective management and development of non-profit organization with a view of long-term sustainability. The thesis brings detected results analysis from questionnaire survey about present condition of strategic management in focused organizations and also preview of its possible ways of further efficiency increase in the condition of these school facilities. It offers material to the organizations which want to find journey of change and inspiration for those who want to find further possibilities. SWOT analysis in the field of personnel planning in Children and Youth Centre and Leisure Centre in Pardubice region

The main task of the master thesis is the applicaton of the SWOT analysis in personnel planning for Children and Youth Centre and Leisure Centre in Pardubice region. Theoretical part is focused on definiton of HR planning notion including development phases. In the work, more details of HR planning in the market environment and in schools and educational organizations are discussed. Thoretical part of the work is also focused on SWOT analysis, development of the method, realization, utilization of the method, advantages and disadvantages of the method and the use of the method in the school environment. In the practical part of the thesis quantitative and qualitative research method is applied to achieve the goals of the research. Results of both methods are presented including their evaluation. Education Program of the Youth Houses

The thesis deals with school educational programs of institutions which organize free time activities for children and youth in Pilsen and in Blovice. The first part characterises school educational programs, free time education or institutions which organize free time activities.The beginning of this first part deals with law of free time education in school system, forms of free time education and then it deals with process of making the school educational programs, their content and structure. In practical part there is a specification of selected institutions which organize free time in which the research was done. There are the research characteristics, questions and methods of the research. Next part analyses and compares school educational programs in selected organizations which work with free time activities for children and teenagers. The aim of the practical part is to compare information which is written in school educational programs and assess the quality and quantity of detected data. At the end there are results of this research and résumé.

Trends in the leisure education

This diploma thesis deals with current conditions of individual types of the interest education organisations and differences between them within the selected topic. It determines strategies of these organisations and how these strategies will change in the future. The thesis is to find specifics within this type of education. The aim is the analysiss of the current state and development of the free time activities in particular types of organisations. In the theoretical part it is defined what the free time and out-of-school education are. The interest education is defined too, especially the terminology connected with that - types, functions, goals, conditions and methodology. The system of the out-of-school education is described in relation to the age of the child and its particular free time activities and the types of interest education organisations are compared with one another. The directors of free time activity centres, children and youth centres, afterschool clubs and managers of other non-profit organisations have been interviewed to make the list of possible types of institutions and to describe their future development and issues they are dealing with, ways of financing and the education of the children with special educational needs. School register for Children and Youth Center in České Budějovice

The goal of my bachelor{\crq}s thesis is to introduce the reader into the subject of administration of a school register for Children and Youth Centres as well as for other organizations providing extra-curricular education. The thesis includes a summary of the respective legal regulations, the analysis of requirements specific for educational facilities, a draft and the implementation of the SW application called the School Register (Skolni matrika). This application will enable on-line administration of the school register depending on the needs of the Children and Youth Centres.
