"What impact did the communist ideology have on education at the primary school in Sepekov (1948-1989)?"

This diploma thesis captures the development and changes of the primary school in the village of Sepekov in the period 1948-1989, when Czechoslovak education was under the influence of communist ideology. It describes changes in the school system of a national character and their specific impact on the functioning of the local school. The first chapter briefly deals with education until 1948. The other four chapters are divided according to the legislative changes in education during communism. This creates a comprehensive picture of the described period.
Historical development of primary education in Polná in the light of archival sources.

The diploma thesis is of a historical character. It deals with the development of primary education in Polná in the years 1873-1952. The thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part describes the historical development of the primary school in Polná in the chosen historical period and how it was influenced by the historical development of the town Polná and the region. Included in this part are the historical specifics of the school based on the school chronicles and other archival materials. The methodology of the theoretical part is based on the historical method, the historical-comparative method, work with documents, analysis, and synthesis. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the materials that are preserved in the library and collection of the Museum Polná were used, as well as the materials preserved in the State District Archive Jihlava. The diploma thesis is also based on the expert literature which was written about the history of the town over time. The theoretical part is supported by the practical part, which is composed of interviews with contemporary witnesses, pupils who attended school in Polná in the final phase of the observed period and a teacher who taught at this school in the chosen period. Decline of the Czech teacher's elite 1945-1955

This dissertation focuses on history of czech teachers, primarily high school teachers. The idea is to originate everything from the basics of history that is traditionally in rythm with political changes. This thesis is focused on deeper understanding of transformation of czech education, changes and developpement of one multilayered professional status or in the end a change of czech society in the first half of the 20th century. The time period between 1945 and 1955 is well known for its political, bussines and economic transitions. The main focus of this disertation is to show from the history of teachers which they are related to the teaching laws, the big modification that has happened at the time period. Concrete examples are presented in a detailed developpements which are different between inland and borderline gymnasiums and the way the teaching is conducted. This disertation offers complete picture of this topic, that is until now processed only in ideologically orientated publications. Development of the Czech nursery school in 1980 - 2010 in Ostrava

The aim of this theses is to summarize the development of the Czech nursery school in the years 1980-2010 in Ostrava. The development is divided into chapters by decades. Each chapter describes the current educational legislation which has been related to nursery schools in the given period. The focus is on target and the concept of education in the nursery school in the given decade. Detail is devoted to important documents determined to the nursery school. It deals with the changes in the planning and evaluation of the educational work. The practical part is processing historical documents, such as school records, chronicles and inspection reports from nursery schools in Ostrava. The method of the questionnaire survey finds opinions nursery school's teachers on the transformation of the Czech nursery school. The questionnaire survey maps the views of parents to the current nursery school. In conclusion my thesis compares the Czech nursery school in each decade according to the monitored items. Finally, theses summarizes the development of the Czech nursery school in the years from 1980 to 2010.
Regional languages in the French educational system

Beginning section of this thesis named Regional languages in the French education system is focused on a terminology concerning regional languages. Further content is focused on the history of languages in France since the Roman campaign on Gaul territory and the latinization of this region until the democratization of regional languages towards regular French. An important role in French education system development was played by education laws that are thoroughtly discussed in text of this thesis. The current distribution of regional languages in France and teaching of these languages in French schools is described in the next part of the thesis. This part is primarily focused on the four regional languages: Basque, Breton, Catalan and Occitan. Laws that permited the education of regional languages in France and faciliated the foundation of institutions intended to support these regional languages are also covered within this section. The research of today's state of Occitan in everyday life of Nîmes residents is covered in final part of this thesis. Occitan was chosen as the representative model of regional language. The development of the legislation for people with special needs yesterday and nowadays

This bachelor thesis is focused on the comparison of the legislation of educational systems for people with special education needs in 1980´s and nowadays. The thesis draw from specialised literature, the legislation and internet sources. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains description of basic terms and is about education of people with special education needs, it includes rights of these people too. The second part is about curricular documents school laws. After this, compares legislative changes of educational system for people with special educational needs. This part is completed by casuistries which describe two people whose went through of educational systems in different time periods. The main aim of this research was to find out, how was children and students with special needs educated more than 30 years ago and nowadays, and which of these periods is better for them. The sub-aim of the work was made casuistries focused on education of these people. On the base of my research I found, that both legislative adjustments are concentrated on education of people with special needs, but contemporary legislation has visible benefits and positives for these people. This bachelor thesis should bring better insight into this problematics and could be source of information about education of people with special education needs simultaneously.

Legal definition of workload of the basic school teachers in the Czech Republic and in selected countries and the perception of its time demands between teachers and headmasters

The bachelor thesis deals with the workload of the teachers of the secondary school and its time consumption. The theoretical part deals with defining the problem in Czech legislation and its comparison with the legal situation in the Slovak Republic and Finland. In the research of the thesis finds out the opinions of teachers and directors of the time spent by teachers on their job and these subsequently mutually compared. For this purposed are used two questionnaires, one of them investigates teachers' opinions, the other director's views. In the final part the thesis are analyzed the differences in the legislative of the mentioned countries and summarized information about the time-consumption of the teachers work arising from the survey conducted among teachers and principals.
