The level of physical activity among high school students and their parents study Písek .

In our thesis we deal with motion fitness of teenagers, students of Písek´s grammar school, aged between 17 19. Our survey focused on students´ motion activity expressed in number of footsteps during one week. Measuring was done in spring and in autumn. In addition to that we compared relations between boys´ and girls´ physical fitness and motion fitness and grade of motion activity in relation to body fat expressed by BMI index.Research work was done in group of 39 students; 20 girls and 19 boys who registered one by one in INDARES COM system on-line. They put the numbers of their footsteps and filled the IPEN forms in. To test motion fitness we have used test battery recommended by INDARES, to find out the volume of motion activity pedometres have been utilized. Data have been processed and evaluated with Minilab programme. Ascertained results show that motion activity of the youngsters move downwards.
Creation and verification of fitness exercise program for a group of trainees in the center of a healthy lifestyle for the group of age from 20 to 30 years old

The aim of my bachelor thesis was to analyze impact of the program focused on improving physical condition of trainees from 20 to 30 years of age. Research was conducted on 17 trainees, 13 women and 4men. Physical condition of trainees was tested by Ruffier's test, Thomayer's test and other tests of physical condition. The composition of body (BMI and WHR) was also analyzed. After that, trainees have undergone three months fitness program in the form of circular training. Trainings were twice a week. All tests and analyzes were run again after last training finished. The results was analyzed and compered with first tests

TITLE Physical fitness and Movement activity of children in Otrokovice AIM: The main aim of this Dissertation thesis is to ascertain the physical fitness level of children in Primary school in Otrokovice. The next task is to find out if athletic children attending some of the sport clubs which are offered by Otrokovice town. Further we inquire in which of the three schools are children the most physically able bodied and also we look into if the physical above-average children do the sport more often than the children physical below-average. So far we are interested whether the performances of above-average children have a lower amount subcutaneous fat than the performances of below-average children. METHOD: The data for this Dissertation thesis is generated through empirical quantitative research.This research was carried out under standardised conditions minimizing the outside influence (gymnasium). The Focus groups for this research are school-boys and school-girls from primary schools in Otrokovice. RESULTS: From the measuring results of the chosen sample shows, that more than half of the tested groups achieved below-average values in the motor tests. Physical fitness and physical activity for teacher students at Pedf UK This work describes the issues of physical fitness and physical activity. The teoretical part clarifies the basic concepts movement, physical fitness in global. Special attention will be paid to the definition of physical fitness - its components, significance, monitoring, testing, and measurement. Physical activity and its relationship to physical fitness and health are also elaborated in detail. The main objective of this work is to compare the physical fitness and physical activity of the full-time students of Specialization in Pedagogy, the field of Physical Education and Sport, with a focus on education, and students of Teacher Training for the 1. st. elementary school. The set of tests UNIFITTEST 6-60 is used as a comparison to their physical fitness. Physical activity of the students is assessed using the IPAQ questionnaire. Title: Postural evaluation of volleyball players at young school age Defining the problem: The question of why to evaluate postural maturity of children after one year of life is becoming more frequent. Growing number of children whose parents want them to have athletes, but it is not always targeted early sporting activity for the benefit. In this issue could help mature postural evaluation and implementation of specific tests to assess the suitability of the beginning of targeted sports. The work deals with the evaluation of postural maturity of children younger than school age who are dedicated to volleyball, using a set of simple motor tests and their evaluation and comparison of performance in physical tests and evaluations according to the coaches. Objectives: The present study aims to assess postural maturity groups of children younger than school age, who regularly, at least a year, dedicated to volleyball. Individula movement program to influence fitness and affect body weight

INVIDUAL MOVEMENT PROGRAM TO INFLUENCE FITNESS AND AFFECT BODY WEIGHT Aims: The main aim of this thesis is to influence the fitness assumptions and to affect the body weight of a chosen person on the basis of an applied intervention program. Particular aims involve creating the intervention program, its fulfillment and practical verification, confirmation of defined hypotheses, stating and particulary explaining the differences between measured dates before and after the intervention and formulating relevant conclusions and recommendations.. Methods: The research method used in the thesis was an experiment. Its basis was creation and especially application of the six months lasting training program and further testing in laboratory conditions before and after the intervention. Results: The controlled person fulfilled the training program without complications and in a full scale. The created interventional program involved aerobic activities (running), bodybuilding and other activities (fitbox, cycling, in-line skating, swimming) without adjusting nutrition habits or an eventual diet. Title: Weight modification through workout plans Aim: To determine how active lifestyle affects weight, fitness, physiological parameters (percentage of body fat, body water percentage, blood pressure) of individuals of different age and sex groups with no previous sports experience Method: The study will be carried out on healthy individuals, in four major age groups (20 - 35, 36 - 50, 51 - 65, 66 - 80). Both male and female individuals shall be monitored. All of them shall take part in a two-month work out plan, which will include both physical fitness training and muscle imbalance correction, as well as active and passive rest, while living a healthy lifestyle. Results: The result is a list of workout plans and their subsequent evaluation. Whether condition improved, weight and fitness. Conclusion: The success of intervention depends on the cooperation, time availability, but especially on the actual realization of the suggested work out plans.
