Analysis of the satisfaction of employees of Prague branch of company XY

This thesis analyses the satisfaction of employees of the Prague branch of company XY. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. Job satisfaction is defined in the theoretical part. There are individual definitions of job satisfaction and selected theories dealing with this issue. The practical part is devoted to the presentation of XY, methodological apparatus and the characteristics of the sample of respondents who participated in the research. The processing and interpretation of the empirical data then follows. The work has two parallel goals. The first objective is to analyze the job satisfaction of employees of the Prague branch of XY. Their satisfaction is determined using a questionnaire and on the basis of a proposal of improvement. The second objective is to evaluate measures introduced through interviews with management and employees themselves XY year after the execution of the research. This allows an objective determination of the impact of the research and furthermore how each of the implemented changes contributed to employee job satisfaction.
Corporate culture and motivation of employees as a part of corporate strategy increasing company’s competitiveness

This master thesis combines corporate culture, corporate strategy, motivation and education of employees. Furthermore, there is also a focus on their interconnections. A real company Unicorn a.s. is presented in the second part -- owner's (Vladimír Kovář's) vision, goals and strategies. Moreover, there is introduced Unicorn's corporate culture, education of employees and human resources management. To check if the culture seems to be friendly and motivational to employees there was used a questionnaire among them. On the other hand, a few managers were interviewed -- if they are satisfied with the education level of their employees. The conclusions are summarized at the end.
Motivational program of chosen educational institution

The diploma thesis aims to explore work motivation and satisfaction of employees in chosen company, based on the assumption that these are at the lower level. On the ground of gained information subsequently proposes a suitable motivational program for language school employees. Considering low number of respondents there are several research methods used in the thesis, including personal and written questioning of employees, interviews with former employees, Bales interaction analysis, and comparison with another institution of similar nature. Based on the research has been confirmed the hypothesis about dissatisfaction of employees on the workplace. Taking into account the structure of statements is whole research and its conclusions grounded in Herzberg theory of work motivation and proposed program includes both hygienic and motivational elements.

This bachelor's thesis examines the subject of employee motivation and employee benefits. The basic terms and theories needed to comprehend the subject are explained in the theoretical part of the work. The theoretical part of the work also focuses on employee benefits, mainly the goal of employee benefits and listing of currently available employee benefits. In the practical part of the work is an analysis and comparison of employee benefits used in two companies that are representing private and public sector and their influence on employee motivation.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the importance such components as appropriate motivation, development and employee education for company's success. The theoretical part contains approaches to motivation, its criterions and principles, also cycles, functions of education and educational planning. The content of the practical-analytical part is identification of essences, principles and methods of education and employee motivation, exploring applied technologies and employee care standards on the example of global energy company "Gazprom". Practical part consists of information gained from official web-site of the company and personal conversation with an employee from Gazprom Corporation.
MOTIVATION AND STIMULATION OF EMPLOYEES AT CERTAIN COMPANY

A good motivation and stimulation system is necessary to induct employees in a specific way towards goals stated by the motivator. This final project deals about the company motivation and stimulation system. The goal {\"\i}s to find out some solutions how to better the system and use motivators more effective. I have chosen a questionnaire method for determining goals and the research has been carried out in the international retail selling company. After evalution of the answers I found out that the employees weren´t satisfied with the motivators used in the company. I suggested some ways how to better the situation in the company and make the emplyees satisfied.
