Contextual advertising systems

Bachelor thesis introduces readers to new and lesser-used contextual PPC systems that are usable in the Czech Internet landscape for the advertising campaign. These systems are described in the ad campaign created for e-shop Pneu360.cz. The aim of this work is to evaluate the applicability and effectiveness of different systems for further possible continuation of the campaign. Contextual advertising is taken in this work in a broader sense. It included ads in content, in articles and in the search. Advertising systems which were analyzed were Adfox, Etarget, Facebook, ElineAd, Intextual advertising by Billboard company and TakeIt Ad by Internet Trading company.
Analysis of the Prague subway with stress on extended route C

My bachelor thesis is interested in extended route C, its costs and the influence of zonal transport on the total costs. Further , it's concerned about the change of the surface transport after building the extended route C. High rate of economy was verified after installation of zonal transport and reduction of surface mass transportation.
Analysis of the BlueJ program open-source version

The main topic of this thesis is the description of the BlueJ application architecture from the code point of view, especially on the basic level. The UML diagrams were used for the interpretation of the analysis results and therefore these diagrams form substantial part of this thesis. One of the aims of this work was to overlook and describe possibilities of the program modifications, concretely application extension by direct implementation without usage of external modules. Special emphasize is superimposed on adaptation of graphic user interface. Minor changes of the BlueJ environment were performed and described to fulfill the aim of this work. Detailed description of the BlueJ program is outside of the topic of this thesis; nevertheless the reader is introduced to the BlueJ project and acquires sufficient information about the conception of internal organization of the individual project sections. This knowledge could be helpful for further deep analyses of the educational environment BlueJ. The results of this work ought to make easier the future effort of users and developers of this program package.
Chosen non-governmental organisation fighting against corruption

The aim of this bachelor work is to define the term corruption and to introduce some chosen non-governmental organisation fighting against corruption worldwide and also in the Czech Republic and to evaluate their success in this fight. In the first part there are described a definition of corruption, its typologies, syndromes, causes and impacts. The Principal-Agent-Client theory and the theory of bureaucracy are also included there. In the second part the chosen non-governmental organisation fighting against corruption worldwide are the Group of the World Bank, Organisation for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD), U4.NO, Transparency International and the United Nations (UN). The Czech branch of Transparency International (TIC), Oživení and Růžový panter represent the non-governmental organisation in the Czech Republic that were chosen. The anti-corruption line 199 is mentioned marginally.

The aim of this work is to form material that sums up some basic requierements demanded from persons aplying for a job. Following text will be written to provide useful advice and information to be highly successful in our seeking process. This work is devided into two parts. Teoretical and practical. In the teoretical part some patterns occuring in the labour market will be presented. Also some important documents needed for job application will be discussed. I will mention self-presentation and required competence. It the practical part there will be a research carried out. This research will deal with ten personal placement services, that operate in the czech labour market currently. I will perform as a job aplicant.
The process of distribution of the operating result in Czech Republic and Slovak Republic

Annotation: This thesis is focus on process of distribution of the operating result in Czech Republic and Slovak Republic. The Czech Republic is presented as first, then the Slovak Republic. Both of this parts are divided into four chapters according to different legal forms of business. In these subchapters is described, how the process of distribution of the operating result works (Commercial Code), as well as how the operating result is taxed, eventually share of the profits (Law of income tax). Not only the differences between distribution of the operating result in the Czech Republic and in the Slovak Republic are the main points in this thesis, but as well the development of the laws in both countries. Since both of the countries used to have common rules till 1. 1. 1993, I considered only the laws from year 1992. Then I considered the main changes the rules went through and the current state. In the chapter "summary" are presented the current differences between the Czech and the Slovak laws. There are comments on the most significant differences discovered in the chapter "conclusion".
An impact of the agency costs on the performance of mutual funds

An objective of this bachelor thesis is to outline agency costs and analyse their possible impact on the performance of mutual funds in USA using linear regression. Theoretical fundamentals are mentioned in broad and narrow concept at the beginning. Furthermore, the mutual funds are defined. The mutual funds were chosen because they hold huge volume of assets and because the mutual funds remind popular investment.
Bank charges related to the current account

The subject of the bachelor work is to compare the bank charges at the chosen financial institutions, particularly Société Générale S.A and the subsidiary institution of Komercni Bank a.s. First is a part describing the significant changes that have arisen from the new Payment System Law. This is followed by the brief characteristics of the bank institutions. The principal part is devoted to the analyses of the bank charges to set and to maintenance a current account. These charges are not a part of any special bank package. The evaluation of the final group of the products and the services is at the conclusion of this work.
Cultural Differences between China and Czech Republic in Management

The aim of the thesis is to research the differences between Czech and Chinese culture. The specific features of Czech and Chinese culture were examined in two questionnaire surveys. The first survey was focused on fundamental values of Czech and Taiwanese young people, the second survey targeted the problems in cooperation between Czech and Chinese people while working together. There are measures for effective cooperation mentioned in the conclusion of the thesis.
The development of economic behavior in terms of changes in value preferences

The aim of this thesis is to obtain comprehensive results for the population of the Czech Republic in the field of human values, value preferences and value charts by using results from conducted research and data from previous studies. Also an important objective of this thesis is to show the economic behavior of people in the Czech Republic at the time of the financial and economic crisis. As a theoretical basis for the practical part, three major, interrelated areas have been selected: economic behavior, focused on principles of individual decision-making and on media and their possible impact on the economy; life values; and economic development as a source of changes in economic behavior in terms of development on the labour market, development of education and development of ecology. Empirical part, which is called Research - changes in value preferences, is at first focused on the formulation of hypotheses, which relate to the issue, and on the creation of the questionnaire. The analysis and the interpretation of results can be considered as a pivotal chapter of the practical part of this thesis.It is divided into several sub-chapters according to the examined area.
