This bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of Broker Consulting, a.s. and proposals for its improvement in the years 2016 to 2021. The thesis uses the methods of financial analysis. The significance of the thesis lies in the identification of key areas that affect the financial situation of the company and proposing specific measures to improve this situation. The results obtained can be used by the company to strengthen its financial stability and increase its competitiveness.

The bachelor work is a aiming on problematic of pandemic COVID-19 and its impact on economical situation of a chosen organization in the years 2018-2022.The theoretical part of this work contains important knowledge regarding coronavirus pandemic and the financial analysis indicators are analysed in details here. The financial analysis are then used in the practical part for calculation. In the practical part there is the in-depth description of the chosen subject and the financial analysis will be used to determine the financial and economical situation of the company. The third part describes the precautions, based on results of the financial analyses and contains suggetion for improvement of the company.

The final part contains thee chapter Own Proposals for Resolution which provides the financial evaluation of the company and recommended improvements to the financial situation of the given company.

The Bachelor’s thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company AHORN CZ, s.r.o. in the years 2014–2018. The theoretical part explains the terms associated with financial analysis, describes the used indicators and formulas. The defined formulas are practically used in the second part of the thesis, which deals with the analysis of the actual state of the company. In the last part of the thesis, measures are proposed that lead to the improvement of the financial situation of the analysed company.

Title: The impact of COVID-19 pandemic on the economy of selected clubs in Czech hockey league. Objectives: The main objective of this paper is to evaluate the impact of COVID-19 on the economy of clubs HC Sparta Prague and Mountfield Hradec Králové. Methods: The main methods that were used in this paper were analysis and usage of instruments of financial analysis to assess the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on the economy of said clubs. Another method used in this paper was an interview with representatives of mentioned clubs. Results: From conducted research shows that the pandemic had a direct impact on clubs economics. The biggest impact that the pandemic had was on revenues of the club, mostly tickets sales were affected, because spectators could not attend matches. The biggest decrease of revenues was from ticket sales, year-on-year decrease od revenues was in club HC Sparta Praha 79,03 %, which is equal to 26,15 milions CZK, in team Mountfield HK this decrease was 66,26 %, which is equal to 12,35 milions CZK. Other area of revenues that was affected were revenues from promotion and advertisement - HC Sparta Praha year-on-year result was lower by 29,60 mil. CZK (21,3 %) and Mountfield HK by 6,68 mil. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the evaluation of the corporate performance. The financial situation of Laufen CZ s.r.o. is analyzed for the years 2017 to 2021. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the description of the theoretical background, which is subsequently used in the analytical part of the work. The last part of the final thesis deals with own proposals that lead to the improvement of the company's financial performance. The master’s thesis deals with the preparation of a draft corporate financial plan for MESIT machinery, a.s., odštěpný závod machining. The first part of the thesis contains the theoretical background of financial planning. The second part presents the analysed company. Based on the findings of both previous parts, the financial plan of the company for the period of 2022-2025 has been drafted in optimistic and pessimistic variants.
