Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením finanční situace a návrhem na zlepšení společnosti SAKER, spol. s r. o. v letech 2017-2021. Nejprve se soustředí na teoretickou část, ve které jsou definovány jednotlivé finanční ukazatele analýzy, které jsou následně prakticky využité v analytické části. Následující analytická část se soustředí na výpočet jednotlivých ukazatelů. Poslední část obsahuje zhodnocení zjištěných výsledků a návrhy vedoucí ke zlepšení finanční situace společnosti. This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation and the proposal for improvement of the company SAKER, spol. s r. o. in the years 2017 - 2021. First, it focuses on the theoretical part, in which the individual financial indicators of the analysis are defined, which are then practically used in the analytical part. The following analytical part focuses on the calculation of individual indicators. The last part contains an evaluation of the results and suggestions leading to the improvement of the company's financial situation.
