The appropriate strategies and tools will be determined on the basis of the analysis of external, industrial, internal environment and marketing research which make studio to undertake their activities, meet the customer’s needs and profit. Feasebility and competetivness of the business evalution are parts of this thesis.
Creation of Small Company

This thesis follows up the creation of business plan for establishment of new company called EasyWash. The company focuses on functioning of self-service laundry in Brno. The first part describes the theoretical background and methods, that are needed to perform all analyzes and proposals. In the analytical part I dealt with the creation of its own business model of the company. Part of the proposal of a business plan is the marketing, organization structure, schedule and financial planning. A certain part was devoted to the evaluation of risk factors.

In conclusion the thesis contains a specific design of e-shop to company should improve its market position.
Financial Analysis as a tool for Assessment of Competitiveness in Construction Company

The aim of this diploma thesis is assessment of competitiveness in construction company with help of tools and methods of financial analysis. In the first part are defined theoretical terms related to examined problem, while attention is focused on terms construction company, competitiveness and financial analysis. In practical part are applied methods of financial analysis which are used to assess efficiency of the company. Achieved results are compared with the most important competitors on the market and also with branch. To comparing was used benchmarking diagnostic system of Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic. As an output of this thesis are recommended tools for continuous assessment of competitiveness.

At the begining the company is presented, together with it's history, subject of trade as well as bussiness location. Furthermore I analyze the bussiness according to inner and outer environment. Measures leading to competitiveness increase are proposed based on the results of this analysis.

The thesis compares the present and the innovated type of small radial fans from the view of manufacturing technology and manufacturing costs. The study comes out the technological documentation and demand forecast of future market. Finally the thesis summaries conditions which are necessary for the successful entrance of the innovated type of radial fans into the manufacturing process.

The Master's thesis focuses on the analysis of the current situation of company Pro-staff Ltd., which is used for the creation of a business plan for the company development The business model will focus on broadening the supply of animation services and the organization of socio-cultural and sports events on the Austrian market. In the first part, the main aim and objectives as well as methodology of work are presented , while the second part contains the theoretical basis for the third part. Third part contains analysis and the last consits of the author's own suggestions. The proposals focus on making entry strategy, which also includes a financial plan and recommendations for the company that should be followed in the future and what should be avoided.
