This master thesis deals with creating a new business subject, and focus on business plan and its usage in company practice. Theoretical introduction and the basic concepts definitions are included in the first part. Terms of business environment are also explained there. The second part is focused on the analysis of the business environment and new starting business subject. The proposals and recommendations for improving new business subject, which are based on analysis and outputs, are formulated in the final section.

This thesis deals with the establishment of a small woodwork workshop, a company focusing on production of design furniture from pallets. First part of thesis is about a theoretical introduction to business, basic concepts, business plan and the necessary analyzes. In the second part there are analyzes used for evaluation of current state and their summaries. Last part provides my own solutions and consideration of the project’s realization.

Master thesis focuses on developing proposals for strengthening competitiveness of a company engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of electronic light sources with glass or plastic shades. Aim of the thesis is to process and evaluate proposals for measures leading to strengthening company’s competitiveness on the Czech market and contributing to ensure company's sales growth on the market. The proposals are based on theoretical knowledge gained from professional literature and on analyses of the current state of the company.

This diploma thesis focuses on the design of marketing strategy of new product implementation at dance club Olymp Olomouc, which are courses for seniors. On the basis of theoretical knowledge and application of selected marketing methods is formed the proposal of appropriate marketing strategy. The outcomes of this thesis are specific proposals for individual parts of the marketing strategy by the extended marketing mix.

This master’s thesis deals with evaluation the performance of a limited liability company Zlatovánek. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes the topic of benchmarking using professional literature. There is explained the concept of benchmarking and issue five-stage model of benchmarking. The practical part describes the selected company Zlatovánek, s. r. o. and benchmarking method is applied in order to increase business performance. Then is the firm compared with a better competitor. The conclusion suggested possible measures to improve business performance.

The aim of this master's thesis is to propose a business activities development of tour operator Pux Travel. Master's thesis describes and evaluates current position of the company, analyses the external and internal environment of the company and summarizes the results in the SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, some business development suggestions have been proposed in order to improve company's competitive ability.
