Cílem této práce je vypracovat podnikatelský plán na zahájení provozu nové kavárny. Vlastnímu plánovému dokumentu předchází teoretické vymezení pojmů podnikatel a podnikání, definování možných bariér vstupu do podnikání v České republice i v zahraničí, právních forem podnikání a určení specifik podnikatelské činnosti v pohostinství. Součástí práce je návrh možné podoby plánu, jehož pilíře tvoří analýza externího prostředí (pomocí PEST analýzy, Porterova modelu pěti konkurenčních sil aj.), marketingový plán a finanční plán. Samotný dokument "Podnikatelský plán: provozování podniku Kavárna XY, s.r.o." je pak vypracován na základě výše zmíněné teoretické předlohy.

The main aim of this Master's Thesis is to introduce a successful business plan with the unique concept of café, selling point and showroom that will be realistic, cost-effective and attractive for customers. The Thesis is divided into two main parts, the theoretical one and the practical one. The theoretical part includes basic information designed for aspiring enterpreneurs. In this part there are described fundamental concepts associated with doing business, Lean Canvas model as well as terms and structure of business plan. The practical part relies on the information contained in the theoretical part and represents the business plan of a company "Café at the Watchamker". In this part of the Thesis there are results of market research, competition analysis, customer characteristics, financial analysis, SWOT analysis and business risks analysis. In conclusion of this part there is evaluation of success and feasibility statement of the business plan.

Main aim of this diploma thesis is business plan for small cafe in Liberec. Cafe will besides classic cafe service provide services for cyclists - who are main target group. Document is divided into two parts. Theoretical part contains information about what is a business plan and its requisites. Actual business plan is presented in second, practical, part.
MARKETING STRATEGY OF CHOSEN COFFEE SHOP

The aim of the thesis is to make a marketing strategy of chosen coffee shop, which is situated in Slovakia. Therefore the analysis needed to achieve the given aim were analysis of macroenvironment in Slovakia, current trends in coffee drinking, coffee shop business (in Europe), competition in the town. Interviews with the owner of given coffee shop, owners of other successful coffee shops and the summarization of related theory, also contributed to the achievement of the aim. A partial aim was to gain knowledge about target group "women 40-65 years old", which was the object of a questionnaire. Acquired information was then summarized and used for designing the marketing strategy and proposals for improving the marketing mix that deals with issues of coffee shop.

This Bachelor's thesis purpose is to research, which possibilities can acquire user of internet as a potencionally customer of cafe in Prague. Analysis is done by secondary research, when we establish evaluated criteria, by which we rate single cafe, which can be found by user in browser on top places. Then it evaluates results and made a resumé on users options.

The main purpose of this thesis is to decide, if it's efficient to open cafe at Prague 11. The cafe Minima s. r. o., should be quiet and comfortable place for sitting down and enjoying fine products. The first part summarizes theory needed. At the second part will be stated what's the cafe orientation -- vision and mission - based on the public opinion polls. Next comes the exploration of surroundings with help of Porter and PEST analyses. At the end will be numeric formulation and calculation of possible profit and return of investment. The outcome of thesis is decision about opening or not opening the cafe.

The bachelor thesis deals with seating focused on the seating element to the café interiors. The first part is devoted to the diversity of a coffee drinking, the first cafés and Brno's cafes history. The following chapters are focused on issues of draft of the public interior - café and the design layout, then the issue of seating in terms of anthropometry, ergonomics, construction, etc.. and design of the seating element to the chosen interior. The proposal provides a simple and functional solution for practical use.

This bachelor's dissertation is focused on a study of public interior, concretely for cafés. The dissertation is composed of theoretical and practical parts. The practical part should introduce a concept of interior in the old mill and also a piece of furniture element placed into this interior. Source of used information is recherché of historical and contemporary condition of its interior and furniture. Important result of this dissertation is ability to judge completed results and be able to draw up a proper interior.

The bachelor thesis focuses primarily on Cafe Noiva -- Avion in Český Těšín and its restoration and reopening. Furthermore, the thesis compares the cafe culture in Silesia and Moravia -- it especially compares cafes with similar concurrence of events. It is thus concerned with cafes which had been destroyed and reconstructed. The thesis also focuses on design of the given project, the reconstruction process and the execution of the interior.
