Hlavním cílem této práce bylo zjistit, zda je účelné zakládat kavárnu na Praze 11. Kavárna Minima s. r. o. by měla být tichým a útulným místem k posezení a vychutnání kvalitních produktů. První část práce tedy shrnuje potřebnou teorii. V druhé části práce bylo, na základě průzkumu veřejného mínění, stanoveno zaměření - mise a vize podniku. Zde se prokázalo, že náš původní záměr je slučitelný se zájmy občanů Prahy 11. Dále byla zmapována situace v okolí podniku za pomocí Porterovi a PEST analýzy. A v závěru je uvedeno číselné vyjádření a propočítání možného zisku a zhodnocení investice. Výsledkem práce je pak rozhodnutí o založení či nezaložení kavárny. The main purpose of this thesis is to decide, if it's efficient to open cafe at Prague 11. The cafe Minima s. r. o., should be quiet and comfortable place for sitting down and enjoying fine products. The first part summarizes theory needed. At the second part will be stated what's the cafe orientation -- vision and mission - based on the public opinion polls. Next comes the exploration of surroundings with help of Porter and PEST analyses. At the end will be numeric formulation and calculation of possible profit and return of investment. The outcome of thesis is decision about opening or not opening the cafe.
