Management of Talent Development

The subject of this text is the management of talent development. The aim of a dissertation was to identify what skills abilities are supposed from Talents in organizations what is suitable to develop in trainings by talents what method of development is most effective for talents and what we should consider hen we set up talent management in organization. The history of talent management manners and current interpretation of keywords are analysed in theoretical part. The hypotheses were set up to current problems and were verified by standard manners in organizations and at the university. The hypotheses have passed successful only for typical circumstances where the talents usually are. The most important knowledge are two new trends in talent management. The first is business coaching like combined method of development for talents is most effective manner of talent development. The second knowledge says that talent management set up of talent management depends on level of systematic work in organization.

This thesis deals with talent management. Its aim is to identify the best practices in talent management based on secondary and primary research of selected talent management programs. The theory is focused on definition of strategic HR management and especially talent management as one of its priorities. It is followed by explanation of the basic concepts of talent (such as high-potential, high performing and key employees) and talent management. Further descriptions of talent management process as well as TM challenges are included. The practical part is divided into two main sections. The first one is related to research in four companies and evaluation of their current talent management programs. Due to the fact that Generation Y is still more and more included in talent pool, the second part covers description of work life from its point of view. The final section contains a summary and the best practices.

This bachelor's thesis deals with current issues in the field of human resource -- talent management. The aim is to provide a comprehensive view of the development of talents in organizations from theoretical and practical perspective. The theoretical knowledge is used in order to analyze talent management strategy in a particular company. It will be evaluated, how the theoretical knowledge agrees or disagrees with the company's practices. The expected contribution of the thesis is to describe and analyze talent management in a company Česká pojišťovna a.s. The thesis will be enriched by personal suggestions for improvements. It will also include the results of a survey conducted among members of the talent pool of the company Česká pojišťovna a.s.
Career management in managerial structure of IT company

The Master's Thesis deals with an examination of the career management within an organization, especially in the managerial structure, and the related themes, such as performance and potential appraisal, and talent management. The aim of the work is to determine the current trends in this field of human resources management based on a survey of Czech and foreign literature and to analyze the performance of these activities at Unicorn Systems company. The theoretical part describes the basic assumptions and theoretical approaches necessary for understanding the relevant themes. In the practical part, the practice at Unicorn Systems together with an analysis of Czech and foreign literature on best practices in this area are analyzed. The outcomes of the work should help the company to take such measures which would contribute to improving the business operation.

The dissertation is focused in detail on the topic of Talent Management - talent management in the corporate practice. The aim of the dissertation is to verify that the general trends of the current talent management are applied in the business (corporate) practice. The core of the initial part is the analysis of available resources to the topic of current talent management (vocational studies, outcomes of professional conferences, newspaper articles, publications and statements of respondents). The authentication part is based on a research study in the region of the former district Klatovy. The conclusion is divided into several sub-outcomes - recommendations for the respondents, including proposed timetable for implementation, a summary of the best practices in talent management, a description of talent management specification observed according to the focus and the company size, and also the indication of the possible pitfalls of talent management.

This thesis deals with talent management. It is divided into two parts, a theoretical one and a practical one. The aim is to provide a comprehensive overview of talent management from a theoretical and practical point of view. The aim of the practical part is also to assess talent management at Alliance Healthcare Ltd. giving my own recommendations on the basis of theoretical knowledge. The theoretical part is based on theoretical knowledge and professional literature. It aims to explain basic concepts, system description and assessment of talent management. The practical part is based on interviews with the manager of human resources and internal materials of Alliance Healthcare Ltd. It deals with the analysis of talent management in the company. It describes the definition of talent and talent management and analyzes the system of talent management. In conclusion, I assess the system of talent management in the company and suggest possible ways of improvement.

The diploma thesis is focusing on talent management. It is devided into two main parts, theoretical and practical one. The first part of the thesis is concerning talent, talent development, employees assessment and career management, on the basis of information acquired from secondary resources. The second part of the thesis is focused on the talent management analysis in Danone, a.s. by acquired theoretical knowledge and proposes improvements of functioning and setting the talent management in the company. This is also the main goal of the thesis. For this purpose internal company information were used, external student survey and internal investigation and interviews with employees were undertaken. In conclusion, some implementation steps, which were already done, are descriped in the end of the thesis.

The aim of this thesis is to describe a current process of Talent managing and developing in the chosen company. Based on an analysis of strengths and weaknesses and evaluation of current situation are recommended relevant changes. These changes would increase effectiveness of the process. In theoretical part are defined terms and definitions, which were obtained by studying of secondary sources. There are also described trends of Talent Management and impact of economic crisis on Talent Management. At the conclusion, there is made a summary which also includes specific recommendations for Talent Management in chosen company.
