Proposal of project and process management in the company providing services

In my diploma thesis I focused on the design of a new process and project approach and its application in the Chata Hrádok, which is focused on the organization of weddings and all related processes. I focused on the pre-project phase and its processes in the internal place, specifically the management and ordering of goods and all related processes. In the theoretical part, I presented the basics of the issue, with which I analysed the situation of the company in the analytical part and found a weak point of the project. Finally, in the design section, I present suggestions for improving the project, along with the analyses needed to make the change.

This bachelor thesis is dealing with project management of a campaign for a selected company and subsequent implementation of chosen methods and tools for managing such project in three phases – pre-project, project and post-project. In these individual phases we are going to focus on setting up goals, logical framework, initiation, planning, implementation, project closeout, output evaluation and proposal processing. These individual phases and each partial step are theoretically described and then practically used in the analysis of the current state and the design of the solution.

This bachelor`s thesis deals with issues of project management and subsequent implementation of individual methods in practice, specifically for the project of adaptation of employees in the company KOVOKON Popovice. This thesis is divided into three parts. In theoretical part are described main therms of project management. The second part is based on an analysis of the current state in the company. The final part describes the solution of the project itself along with the benefits of suggested solution, that all with use of tools of project management.

The analytical part focuses on current procedures for planning and implementation of existing projects. Following this, the design part deals with the entire life cycle of the project from the first idea to its successful completion. The conclusion contains a summary of the project.

Jan Pokorný, Ph.D. Abstrakt The aim of this diploma thesis is the design, implementation and development of database applications for portal Andromedia using database technology. The solution is designed as an information base for continuing professional education. The purpose of the databank is gradually collect information of trends and analyzes in the field of continuing education, ideas and practices, methods, teaching aids, case studies, tests and other guidelines and sources of information. Author documented the results of the analysis of the problem and created solution using methods of project management solutions. The new solution is graphic design, database design and description using the RF model, and UML diagrams. Technologies used in the design databank are the programming language PHP and MySQL relational database. The conclusion evaluates the success of database applications implementation, where is the most interesting findings that the application is used very often in the exam period, when it was mostly used by students to obtain the most suitable materials for self-study.
