V diplomovej práci som sa zamerala na návrh nového procesného a projektového prístupu a jeho uplatnenia v priestore Chaty Hrádok, ktorá je zameraná na organizáciu svadieb, a všetkých procesov s tým súvisiacich. Zamerala som sa na predprojektovú fázu a jej procesy v internom prostredí, konkrétne riadenie a objednávanie tovaru a s tým súvisiace všetky procesy. V teoretickej časti som uviedla základy problematiky, pomocou ktorých som v analytickej časti rozobrala situáciu firmy a našla slabé miesto projektu. A nakoniec v návrhovej časti uvádzam návrhy na zlepšenie projektu spolu s analýzami potrebnými na uskutočnenie zmeny. In my diploma thesis I focused on the design of a new process and project approach and its application in the Chata Hrádok, which is focused on the organization of weddings and all related processes. I focused on the pre-project phase and its processes in the internal place, specifically the management and ordering of goods and all related processes. In the theoretical part, I presented the basics of the issue, with which I analysed the situation of the company in the analytical part and found a weak point of the project. Finally, in the design section, I present suggestions for improving the project, along with the analyses needed to make the change.
