Diplomová práca sa zaoberá využitím metód projektového manažmentu v praxi, konkrétne návrhom projektu pre nasadenie vhodného zariadenia pre mobilné riešenie vybranej spoločnosti. Úvodná časť je venovaná teoretickým východiskám, ktoré sú následne využité v návrhovej časti. Analytická časť je zameraná na analyzovanie projektovej metodiky vybranej spoločnosti. Návrhová časť obsahuje samotný návrh riešenia projektovej fázy projektu. The diploma thesis deals with the use of project management methods in practice, specifically the project design for the deployment of a suitable device for a mobile solution of a selected company. The introductory part is devoted to the theoretical basis, which are then used in the design part. The analytical part is focused on analyzing the project methodology of the selected company. The design part contains the actual design of the project phase of the project.
