The aim of this Bachelor's Thesis is to analyze the level of applied system of employee care in the company Severočeské vodovody a kanalizace (SčVK), identify any deficiencies and try to suggest improvements. The theoretical part describes each area of employee care and connections to labour law. The practical part of this work is comparison of the theoretical findings with the actual situation in company SčVK. Collective bargaining agreement, internal regulation, interviews with employees and own field research were the sources of the analysis of employee care. In conclusion is a summary of the discovered facts and recommendations which could help to make the system more efficient.
Remuneration System in the Czech Republic, analysis of selected parts in a particular company

Bachelor's thesis deals with analysis of the remuneration system focusing on motivation of employees. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part are defined basic concepts of these fields: human resource management, motivation, and remuneration system. The practical part contains a quantitative research. According to the aggregate remuneration model I analyzed the currently used remuneration system in ŠKODA AUTO a.s. Main objective of the research is to determine the position of ŠKODA AUTO a.s. in terms of wage level and providing employee benefits compared to the Czech Republic's average.

The aim of bachelor's thesis is to analyze the differences in the provision of employee benefits in public sector and private sector in the Czech Republic, using an electronic form. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with major specifications and legislative restrictions of employee benefits. I analyze the form survey, which compare the results with theoretical knowledge in the practical part.
Care for Employees in Company G4S Cash Solution a.s.

This Bachelor's Thesis analyzes the care for employees in the company G4S Cash Solutions (CZ), a.s. The aim of this study is to analyze and assess individual components of care for employees, or propose measures to improve the current system. The theoretical part defines basic concepts needed to deal with the issue and creates a basis for the practical part. Its content is the meaning, structure and trends in care for employees. The practical part is focused on finding the current state of care for employees in the company mentioned. It includes a survey questionnaire method, which aims to determine employee satisfaction with the actual system. Based on these findings, I recommend steps to increase the effectiveness of this system to achieve a positive future development of care for employees.
The role of employee benefits in motivating workers in the company GlaxoSmithKline, s. r. o.

This thesis deals with the issue of employee benefits and their role in motivating workers. The aim is to assess which factors encourage people to achieve better outcomes in their job and whether benefits belong to them. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to theoretical knowledge of motivation. The basic principles of motivational theories are explained there more in detail. The second chapter deals with employee benefits, their types and significance for the company and employees. The practical part includes an analysis of employee benefits in the company GlaxoSmithKline. The conclusion of the thesis is based on results of a questionnaire survey regarding motivation and of interviews, in which some possible links between the benefits and motivation were examined.

The goal of Bachelor' s Thesis is to introduce the system of employee benefits in Veolia Transport Teplice s.r.o., to determine what employee benefits are preferred (by employees), and whether they have a significant impact on their satisfaction. Another important finding is whether the employees are enough well-informed about the company's current offer employee benefits. The Bachelor's Thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part defines basic terms related to employee benefits, present basic characteristics, distribution and possible advantages and disadvantages of providing employee benefits. The practical part deals with the performance of Veolia Transport Teplice s.r.o. and its file of provided employee benefits. To find the data relating to employees' awareness of employee benefits offer and their satisfaction with them the method of survey is used.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is the analysis and appraisal of established remuneration system in the company Bluetech Ltd., which deals with manufacturing of belt conveyors and technologies. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part gives a definition of the remuneration system, the payroll system and the system of employee benefits. The practical part compares theoretical knowledge with the real remuneration system in specific company. The practical part is comprised of three main points. In the first part the remuneration system, tariff system, payroll forms and employee benefits are described. The second part deals with the analysis of employee reward satisfaction. The analysis is carried out by questionnaire survey. The last part identifies weaknesses of the established system and suggests solution.
