Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou odměňování jako jednou z klíčových oblastí personálních činností. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, na teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení základních pojmů z oblasti odměňování a také na to, jakou má právě systém odměňování všeobecnou vazbu na systém motivace zaměstnanců. Praktická část se týká těchto systémů v konkrétní organizaci, kterou je Minerva Boskovice, a.s. This bachelor thesis looks into a problem of reward system as one of the key field in personal activities. The work is separated into two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part is focused on a theoretical concept of reward system and also on the system's general ability to motivate employees. Practical part refers to these systems in a particular company Minerva Boskovice, a.s.
